We also really enjoyed watching the seals play in the waves. Great location most everything was within walking distance accept the grocery store. so get what you need, than park the car and enjoy! Very reasonable (~8-10 mins) walk to sea lions, beaches, plenty of great restaurants but if you need it there is a parking space. Property management was very prompt in responding to questions. It was so nice to sit out on the deck to watch the sunset. We experienced a couple issues during our stay including the check-in process, but the host was quick to address our issues to a satisfactory conclusion.   • Nov 03, 2023 Perfect spot for a La Jolla weekend visit. It's an ideal oceanfront location, across the street from grassy cliffs overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed having the beach chairs to sit in the sun on the grass. It's a short walk into the heart of La Jolla village for restaurants and shopping. Having a parking garage under the condo was great as the street is popular for locals and tourists during the day. The unit was decorated as pictured and the furniture is new with a nice sofa and dining table. The condo building is a bit older and the common spaces are not updated. The updated kitchen features European design and all new appliances, including a washer/dryer tucked away near the breakfast nook. The plush sectional sofa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking West Coast sunsets that will grace the coastline nightly. The dining table seats four guests comfortably, and is situated right next to the patio, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the panoramic ocean views.

Down the hall, you'll find the guest bathroom, which features a step-in shower/tub with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom to the left is fitted with a cozy queen-size bed, while the master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

One assigned parking space in the garage below ensures that your vehicle will be safe and sound during your stay.

This property is intended for use by responsible adults and their families. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties, excessive noise and events. This home is equipped with noise monitoring systems and the noise ordinance will be strictly enforced.

Please be aware every reservation check in must be met in person with a greeter from the property management company -- self-check ins are not allowed. Our cut off for arrivals to check in is 8:00 p.m. after which a greeter will be available to meet at the property for access starting at 8:00 a.m. the following day. ID verification showing that the person checking in is the same as the credit card used on the reservation is mandatory. Failure to provide ID verification as requested will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Please note that while this property does not have central air conditioning, each of the two bedrooms is equipped with a portable AC unit, and fans are provided for your comfort.
