Jan 18, 2026 This place was beautiful. Mainly the views, it’s even better than what you can see thru photos. Absolutely stunning. The house is quite large and all but one of the bedrooms are downstairs so it requires a lot of trips up and down the stairs. It sounds like they may be putting in an elevator which would make that aspect easier. 10 out of 10 stay. We would definitely rebook in the future. Maggie G

The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It’s clear the host puts thought and care into making guests feel welcome. Nov 25, 2024 Coastal Lookout was the ideal home for our holiday getaway — perfect for our multi-generation family. The view is amazing, location is convenient, neighborhood is exclusive, above the fray, peaceful and walkable. Spaces are comfortable, with enough room for gathering or privacy. Outdoor areas are fantastic. Decor is tasteful. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The host was very responsive to our needs and requests. Leslie R

Apr 09, 2024 Amazing Stay at La Jolla We recently rented a luxury beach house in La Jolla and couldn’t be more impressed with the personal customer service provided by Gather. Upon inquiring about the property I received a call from the property manager who made the entire rental experience easy and convenient. I needed baby equipment at the house and I was provided with a concierge service that had everything at the home before arriving. In addition a property representative met us at the home to show us around and give us tips on the home. The home was spotless and exactly as advertised. Beats VRBO and any major vacation rental agency. All my future vacation rentals will be used through Gather. Carol C
