  • Jul 01, 2025 The house was amazing. The views are stunning, from each angle of the house and we got to enjoy the July 4th fireworks from our living room, which was such a treat. It was a very large house and it comfortably accommodated 11 of us without running into each other, it was very spacious and had lots of amenities for us such as stocked kitchen and pantry with small supplies. We were also greeted in person which was nice. It was a great base for our explorations into San Diego. Lisha J

The open layout made it easy to relax and spend time together, and the heated pool was a highlight for everyone. The home was clean (minus a few dirty dishes likely from prior guests) and has a beautiful view of San Diego. We didn’t have contact with the property manager after check-in, but overall we didn’t really need assistance. Would recommend for families with kiddos looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway. The location is perfect and the views are stunning! The kitchen was such a joy to cook in with the viking stove. There was plenty of parking available. It's in the hills of La Jolla and the view of the ocean is absolutely huge and magical. Bring your best binoculars. The entire house is built around maximizing the view with gigantic windows and such. Every bedroom is unique, we especially loved the bedroom in a large and fully stocked library, although the master bedroom was quite ornate and fun as well. It has one of those showers with 6 heads in it. ahhhhh... It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. No noise at all. And best of all, you're right there in La Jolla, kind of a Laguna Beach on steroids with a focus on fitness instead of art. Loved, loved, loved it! Kevin D

They even let us extend our checkout time to allow us a place to keep our stuff while we waited for our late flight. We also forgot something and figured it would just get trashed but nope! They contacted me and gave an option to ship it to us. I’m shocked at how great the host, the house, and location was. They made this stay feel like a complete dream. 10/10 highly recommend!
