Set on a bluff in the exclusive and centrally located Ke Alaula neighborhood, 3bd Ke Alaula Villa (210A) at Hualalai Resort offers expansive views of the bright blue Pacific Ocean, the island of Maui, and the Kohala Mountains from both the upper and lower levels. Located just off Kukio Bay on the west side of the Big Island, the home delivers year round Hawaiian sunsets and periodic views of humpback whale migrations during the winter months.

This spectacular split-level villa provides over 3,500 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space, thoughtfully designed for gathering, relaxing, and savoring island life. Wide pocket doors, vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light create a seamless connection between interior rooms and the surrounding landscape.

The upstairs level includes the modern open concept great room and the upstairs guest bedroom. The dining area is ideal for hosting meals, gatherings, and relaxed evenings after exploring the resort and coastline.

Chef-Ready Kitchen
The ocean-view gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-tier appliances, gleaming granite countertops, smooth wood paneling, and a center island. Four barstools line the countertop for casual conversation during meal preparation.

Outdoor Oasis
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass pocket doors open to a large covered upper lanai furnished with a dining table for six, an outdoor barbecue, and chaise loungers facing west toward the ocean, lawn, and tropical gardens.
The lower lanai and adjoining private lawn provide even more room for lounging, playtime with children, sunset watching, or enjoying quiet morning coffee.
