  • May 31, 2023 Perfect Vacation Oasis We had our first visit to Champion Ridge 22 at Mauna Lani and what an experience! The beautifully appointed 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath villa with lush grounds and a saltwater pool made Champion Ridge 22 a perfect vacation oasis. The rooftop deck was perfect for quiet early mornings with that first cup of coffee at sunrise or winding down to enjoy amazing sunsets at the end of the day with 360-degree views of the ocean and Mauna Kea. We would have been happy to stay at the villa the entire week but there was so much to do we couldn’t help but venture out; there's biking, running and walking trails, world-class golf, and beautiful beaches along with quality restaurants and shopping nearby.   • May 24, 2023 AMAZING I spent a week with friends at Mauna Lani Champion Ridge 22 in May. The house is AMAZING; such a perfect layout for a large group with the luxurious main house amenities and then the additional detached bedrooms, each generously sized with their own full bathrooms and closets. A true mix of comfort and classic Hawaiian decor with ample spaces inside and out, we honestly never needed to leave! The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking supply needs and perfect for group cooking and gathering. The saltwater pool was my favorite; surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and tropical flora and fauna, immaculately landscaped. Bordering an "orchard" with fruit trees, the property was secluded and relaxing. I enjoyed my daily morning run on the trail/path system the property is situated on that sneaks around golf courses and ends at multiple beach locations, as well as being close to Foodland. Sip your morning cup of coffee and think about the day's activities of island exploration while you watch the sun rising or setting from your lanai. The completely equipped kitchen in this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home includes stainless steel equipment.

Every room has a flat-screen cable TV. Additionally , you can surf the web via our wireless internet while indulging in luxurious furniture worthy of royalty. Finally, step outside and relax on the patio featuring hot tubs, private pools, and gas grills for cookouts – making this garden perfect for entertaining guests!

The estate home at Champion Ridge 22 has a casual elegance that is both sophisticated and inviting. The dining area, kitchen, and living room are continuous spaces, making this layout ideal for hosting parties. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up some island-style cuisine, such as a dishwasher, stove, stainless steel refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, and microwave. There is also a wet bar complete with an in-built wine fridge. After a fun-filled day, retire to the formal dining space with seating for eight, located just across the wide kitchen island. There are plenty of comfortable chairs in the living area for everyone to relax and enjoy a film or catch up on their favorite shows after a long day.

The vacation rental features 4 bedrooms with enough space for 8 people to sleep comfortably. The main bedroom, ohana near the pool, features an extra-large bed, AC and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom's attached bathroom has a jetted soaking tub—ideal for unwinding after a long day—along with a spacious vanity and a separate walk-in shower. The second guest room in the main house has lanai access, a large bed, a ceiling fan, central air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom, in addition to featuring garden views.

The third guest room likewise features a ceiling fan, a large bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Lastly, Guest Bedroom 4 includes central HVAC, a king-size bed, central air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a ceiling fan. The third and fourth guest bedrooms are in their own Ohana located at the front of the property. Each bedroom is equally comfortable and appropriate for island royalty, so you will not be dissatisfied with your choice.

Francis H. I'i Brown North Course, Mauna Kea Golf Course, and Francis H. I'i Brown South Course are within a short drive from the property. Not to be overlooked, Mauna Kea Beach is home to some of the most exquisite beaches in Hawaii - Hapuna Beach State Park, Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay), and Kauna'oa Bay. there (Mauna Kea Beach). There are many great places to eat in Kamuela, with stunning sunset views and delectable local cuisine.
There are also many places to go snorkeling, paddle boarding, or scuba diving, all of which are nearby.

A bonus of this spectacular home on the Island's Big renowned Kohala Coast is its proximity to the Mauna Lani Resort and Beach Club, which features fish ponds, a white-sand beach, an outdoor restaurant with an oceanfront, and superb snorkeling. Furthermore, guests have free Mauna Lani's duo splendid golf course access. Living in the Champion Ridge neighborhood puts you close to a wide variety of restaurants, stores, tours, and recreational opportunities, including sailing, horseback riding, hiking, soaring in a helicopter, and zipping through the trees.

For the convenience of our visitors, Tennis Garden and the Mauna Lani Sports Club are available to them throughout their stay at Champion Ridge 22. This facility features a fitness center, tennis courts, and a lap pool. The club is open daily from 6 AM HST till 7 PM. Remember to use these amenities during your stay. You must show proper identification and the leasing unit/address number. For safety and security reasons, we ask that all patrons be 12 years old before using the lap pool or the fitness center. For your protection, masks are essential for all indoor activities and locations.
