We spent lots of time out on the lanai watching hole 4 of the golf course, putting on the property's putting green, and driving back and forth to the shops, restaurants, beach, and pool, which were all close by.   • Jun 02, 2026 This is a Great property. Nine of us stayed here and it was roomy for us all. The place was well kept and all things functioned well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a hole from a the golf course right out the back and we totally had some fun just watching folks play through now and again. Restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions are all close by for a quick trip. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need from an appliance and tool standpoint to prepare any meal you want. I noticed the grill out back but we never used it, we were just too busy. I would stay here again without a second thought. The only thing that didnt really live up to what we expected was that the pool we were supposed to have access to was far away. Not an easy walk. So we never even used it. That was our misunderstanding, not necessarily misrepresentation. But we truly didn't miss not having easy pool access. Largely we used this as a night time home base while we explored every nook amd cranny of Kauai and for that, it is perfect. Jimmy S

It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and very quiet. Great showers and plenty of hot water for 8 people showing within a couple of hours of one another. Two sets of washer and dryers. We loved it! We loved the thoughtful welcome treats and the beach towels and had all of the basics and a little extra! The beds were large and comfortable, great kitchen island to gather around, loved the large, round table that fit 8. A/C and large fans in every room as well as hugh tv's! We loved having 3 full bathrooms and another half bath as well as washer/dryer upstairs and in the garage. Great to have use of the garage and the many beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The outdoor shower with hot water was a big help to keep the house sand free. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, close to stores and beaches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast everyday. The layout downstairs was unique but each room had access from outside so that was nice. Spacious and gleaming it was a fabulous choice for our family of 8, including two adult children, their spouses, a 6YO, 3YO and baby. Also, the kitchen had everything we could need and more. My son-in-law is a chef and was delighted! We had an exhilarating day snorkeling- sea turtles and dolphins! We’re a tennis family, too, and the included membership of nearby Poipu Athletic Club was fantastic! Our little ones loved the “sandy beach” there and fun pool play. The restaurant there is wonderful, too! Property manager, Bryan was immediately responsive and handled questions with kindness. I will say the bottom floor has an interesting lay-out, with an inter-joining room, but worked well enough for our family. We all loved the home immensely and didn’t want to leave! Jaynie N

We had an issue with the hot tub on one occasion. We reached out to the manager of property and they sent someone over to service it within an hour. We loved the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for our beach days also. Our family can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely stay there again! Heidi S

The home was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for family gatherings as it features a large island and was stocked with every accessory needed. Having 2 laundry rooms also made hosting a large group more convenient. The home is conveniently located close to Koloa shopping/dining and Poipu Beach, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home for any large group looking to experience a relaxing time paradise. Craig R

I must say that we have never stayed at a place with a kitchen that basically had everything you need. So many extra plates, glasses, silverware, sm. appliances, pots and pans etc. We could walk to the Athletic club/pool which was very nice. The beach was just a short drive away. Full daily access to the Poipu Athletic Club pool, pickleball courts and gym. The home was stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, full kitchen. I travelled with spouse, kids, mother and a friend. 7 people in total. I found the layout was great for a group where some need some privacy, which is easy to do here with separate bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The kids stayed in the back room downstairs on the two twin beds and the pull out mattress. Mom stayed on a king, wife and I on the other king and friend in his own suite upstairs off the kitchen. A couple things you should know is that one of the king beds is in a room that you walk through to get to the other king bed room and the room with the two twins, so whoever stays in that bed could have folks passing through at times. Other than that, the place was amazing! End of a quiet cul-de-sac on a golf course and for us that was perfect. Nice and quiet. Would stay here again! David B

The company put a lot of thought and detail to this place. They provided a lot of amenities that was utilized. Our property manager, Bryan was proactive and responded quickly with any questions or issues we encountered. It was a perfect and beautiful place for our family while still having our own space and privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and we will definitely be back! Catherine T

Feb 09, 2024 Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this house. The views of the golf course and beatiful and you can even see the ocean in the distance. We had an issue with the hot tub on one occasion. We reached out to the manager of property and they sent someone over to service it within an hour. We loved the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for our beach days also. Our family can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely stay there again! Heidi S

Aug 16, 2023 This home was exactly as advertised! We brought a large group of 8 adults and 4 kids for a wedding and loved every minute. The home was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for family gatherings as it features a large island and was stocked with every accessory needed. Having 2 laundry rooms also made hosting a large group more convenient. The home is conveniently located close to Koloa shopping/dining and Poipu Beach, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home for any large group looking to experience a relaxing time paradise. Craig R

Jun 02, 2023 We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The view of the golf course was pretty and sitting in the hot tub looking at the mountains was pretty amazing. I must say that we have never stayed at a place with a kitchen that basically had everything you need. So many extra plates, glasses, silverware, sm. appliances, pots and pans etc. We could walk to the Athletic club/pool which was very nice. The beach was just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again great location! Kim D

Full daily access to the Poipu Athletic Club pool, pickleball courts and gym. The home was stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, full kitchen. Jan 28, 2023 First time in Kauai, and this property was chosen for easy access to the Grand Hyatt Kauai where I was attending a conference. I travelled with spouse, kids, mother and a friend. 7 people in total. I found the layout was great for a group where some need some privacy, which is easy to do here with separate bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The kids stayed in the back room downstairs on the two twin beds and the pull out mattress. Mom stayed on a king, wife and I on the other king and friend in his own suite upstairs off the kitchen. A couple things you should know is that one of the king beds is in a room that you walk through to get to the other king bed room and the room with the two twins, so whoever stays in that bed could have folks passing through at times. Other than that, the place was amazing! End of a quiet cul-de-sac on a golf course and for us that was perfect. Nice and quiet. Would stay here again! David B
