  • May 23, 2024 The place was as described and beyond beautiful and clean. The house was in a private neighborhood but easily accessible to many restaurants and stores just a few minutes away. The company put a lot of thought and detail to this place. They provided a lot of amenities that was utilized. Our property manager, Bryan was proactive and responded quickly with any questions or issues we encountered. We had an issue with the hot tub on one occasion. We reached out to the manager of property and they sent someone over to service it within an hour. The home was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for family gatherings as it features a large island and was stocked with every accessory needed. Having 2 laundry rooms also made hosting a large group more convenient. The home is conveniently located close to Koloa shopping/dining and Poipu Beach, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Full daily access to the Poipu Athletic Club pool, pickleball courts and gym. The home was stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, full kitchen.   • Jan 28, 2023 First time in Kauai, and this property was chosen for easy access to the Grand Hyatt Kauai where I was attending a conference. I travelled with spouse, kids, mother and a friend. 7 people in total. I found the layout was great for a group where some need some privacy, which is easy to do here with separate bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The kids stayed in the back room downstairs on the two twin beds and the pull out mattress. Mom stayed on a king, wife and I on the other king and friend in his own suite upstairs off the kitchen. A couple things you should know is that one of the king beds is in a room that you walk through to get to the other king bed room and the room with the two twins, so whoever stays in that bed could have folks passing through at times. Other than that, the place was amazing! End of a quiet cul-de-sac on a golf course and for us that was perfect. Nice and quiet. Would stay here again! David Brennan

Vacation in total comfort at this luxury south Kauai rental home close to world-class beaches, restaurants, shopping, and golf. Built in 2021 in the conveniently located upscale community of Wainani at Poipu, this modern island-styled house provides expansive views of the golf course, mountain, and ocean on the horizon. The house overlooks the 4th fairway and green of the Kiahuna Golf Course.

The open-concept air-conditioned great room makes it easy for guests to gather. The living space boasts vaulted ceilings, a giant flat-screen television, plenty of places to lounge, and a wall of glass sliding doors so guests can fully appreciate the incredible views of the Kiahuna Golf Course with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. It flows into a dining space for eight with a gorgeous open-concept modern chef’s kitchen complete with a sizable center island, bar seating and modern appliances.

This two-story house includes four bedroom suites (each with its split air conditioning system for maximum comfort), three bathrooms, and an additional half bath. Each luxuriously furnished bedroom suite is a peaceful oasis, particularly the sprawling, airy master with a seating area, 86in flat-screen, and a luxurious bath with a large walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity.

The covered main lanai off the great room provides the perfect setting for enjoying a leisurely breakfast, diving into a great book, or sipping an evening cocktail watching the sunset. On the master suite’s private lanai, breathtaking mountain views greet you from the hot tub. This one-of-a-kind island retreat situated on a quiet cul-de-sac even boasts its own putting green for your enjoyment!

Two EV chargers including one Tesla charger available in the garage at no extra cost to the guests.

Guests of Haupu Hale also enjoy access to a resort-style pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and a cardio/weight room at Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Sunny Poipu Beach is nearby, along with opportunities for activities like hiking, horseback riding, and zip-lining. Poipu Shopping Village is within walking distance, a walking trail from the neighborhood leads to historic Old Koloa Town, and a three-minute drive brings guests to fabulous dining and shopping options in The Shops at Kukui`ula.

* The ongoing construction project next door is nearly complete. Landscaping still needs to be completed, but there are now little to no significant noise concerns.
