Living & Dining
The upper level features an elegant open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings, chic modern furnishings, hardwood floors, and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow. The great room offers plush seating, custom art, and a wall of pocket doors opening to the covered lanai.
The dining area seats six comfortably and connects easily to the gourmet kitchen, where you’ll find premium appliances, a spacious island, custom cabinetry, and all-new cookware and glassware—perfect for preparing a family meal or hosting an elegant gathering.
