  • Oct 12, 2025 The location is perfect! The location is perfect! This is a very nice unit close to the ocean and there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. It was really nice sitting on the Lanai and watching the waves roll in. The unit was clean and well stocked with the basics needed to get started. Hoping to stay here again in the future. The property management was always helpful and quick to respond. We never had to wait long to get a questioned answered. It was really nice being in the middle of the island. Made it easy to explore both ends of the island and it's close to the airport. There are chairs on the beach in front of the condo that are really nice place to go sit and watch the sun rise in the morning. Ryan A

The beach was so close and we loved that we had access to the pool as well. It was close to Coconut Marketplace, so we could walk to yummy restaurants, shopping, and of course, shaved ice! We loved sitting on the lanai to start and end each day. The space was well stocked with everything we needed and more. It was just what we were looking for and we can't wait to stay again! Lori V

Amazing view of the ocean and pool area. Beautifully landscaped grounds. So close to many restaurants and shops, all within a 2-3 minute walk. Perfect for exploring the entire island. The unit could use a little updating, but everything worked as it should. The provided beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel and mask were a nice surprise! I would absolutely stay again if I were ever fortunate enough to return to this beautiful island. David K

The hosts set us up with locally made chocolates (which were amazing!!) along with locally grown fruit. The area abound is bristling with activities and high-quality restaurants.   • Nov 05, 2024 We had a great time!! The unit has a spectacular view of the ocean and pool area (as it's a corner room) and is within steps of the ocean and pool. It also has a live rooster alarm who crows at dawn making sure we see the sunrise (a must)!! He was late only one day (maybe his day off), but we won't hold that against the owner of the unit since another rooster took his place! 🙂 The unit was very clean, and we had what we needed. Great location to explore the north and south sides of Kauai, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The managing team was very responsive and we had no issues at all getting in. We started our stay with rain, but didn't mind since we had a great Mai Tai poolside until the rain ended. BTW, Mark (the bartender) makes amazing Mai Tai's - (only by Mark). That's a plus for the unit - since it's in a resort setting! Finally, very nice touch to have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Parking is free as well! We highly recommend this unit. Mahalo! Mario K

  • May 31, 2024 The room was facing the beautiful ocean and right next to the pool and the tiki bar. But it wasn’t noisy at all. The property had lots of stores and places to eat. It was a mid-point to go to the north and the south of the island and was very convenient. The neighboring walkways were connected with other properties that I could do 5-mile walk every morning. We enjoyed the property because it was more laid back than other prominent resort places. The tiki bar’s daily happy hour (3-6pm) was very nice and fun too. Kay G

The grounds were like a botanical garden and the unit itself is the best situated: right on the ocean and steps to the pool area. Room was clean and had everything I needed for an epic vacation. Second floor balcony looks directly out to the ocean which makes for beautiful and easy to enjoy sunrises. I loved that I could keep the balcony door open and listen to the waves all night. The unit itself was nice and clean with everything you need! The bed was comfortable and the AC unit kept things nice and cool. It's walking distance from Coconut Marketplace, which has shops, restaurants and a convenience store. I love the location on the island because it's pretty equal distance to the north and south shores. Communication with the host was easy and they were very proactive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Steve K

  • Oct 03, 2023 Beautiful location! The view can't be beat! Proximity to the little market ended up being HUGE! Easy to restock the fridge and pick up extra shampoo, etc. It's a very short walk to some good restaurants and cool little shops. The pool is right next to the place. We felt this was a plus...especially with the pool bar being so close. The kitchenette was fine. You're not gonna cook anything, but the fridge was plenty big for drinks and leftovers. The microwave came in handy once or twice. Having the beach chairs and little cooler was really nice. We only used them once, but they served their purposes. The one ding I will give the place is that it's a little dated. It certainly didn't detract from the experience, but some minor upgrades would make the place feel a little more modern. Kevin (the property manager) was very responsive and nice. We left a few items in the drawers and he not only let us know promptly, but drove back in bad traffic to give us our stuff on short notice. This unbeatable location is just 15 minutes from the Lihue airport, a 3-minute walk to the newly renovated Coconut Marketplace where guests can explore a variety of shops and restaurants, or a 5-minute drive to Old Kapaa Town where there is an even wider selection of island boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets and grocery stores. Settle into your relaxing Hawaiian getaway surrounded by unparalleled amenities and the spectacular tropical scenery.

This chic island-style studio room comes with a large California King bed, accompanied by a fold-out sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchenette has the capabilities for preparing light snacks, or heating up a meal in the attached microwave. A mini fridge and coffee maker is also available for your convenience, as well as a 2-person breakfast table for enjoying an early cup of coffee amid the tropical breeze. For additional cooking needs, the property’s complementary oceanside barbeques give the perfect chance to grill up some of your fresh island favorites. Take the opportunity to also enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail on the second story lanai and balcony overlooking the idyllic lapping waves of Kauai’s eastern shore. A flatscreen TV is mounted across from the bed for your enjoyment along with a split AC system for optimal temperature control. The ensuite bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo and a single vanity atop a polished marble counter.

As a guest of the Islander complex, you are entitled to enjoy the large swimming pool, hot tub spa and Tiki Bar. The Tiki bar serves a number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages daily until 9:00 PM, with a happy hour spanning from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM when guests have the opportunity to sit back and enjoy a cocktail to the sounds of live Hawaiian music performed on Tuesdays and Saturdays. There is no washer and dryer on site, but a reliable laundromat is located just a short 5–7-minute drive away. The condo has complementary high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and free local and mainland telephone calling capabilities.

Being in such a superb location on the island gives relatively easy access to many of the main attractions that make Kauai so famous. Within an hour’s drive, you can visit some of the most spectacular vistas in the entire state such as the world renowned Napali Coast in the west, the idyllic northern shoreline, or the stunning Waimea Canyon in the south. Oct 30, 2023 Location can not be beat. The complex is right across from the Coconut Marketplace and they have everything. The grounds were like a botanical garden and the unit itself is the best situated: right on the ocean and steps to the pool area. Room was clean and had everything I needed for an epic vacation. Host was responsive and quick to resolve the only issue I had (internet was out). Will absolutely be staying here again. Olivia J

Oct 23, 2023 My wife and I absolutely love this location. We stayed at the same resort years before on our honeymoon and when I saw this unit was available, I jumped on it. Second floor balcony looks directly out to the ocean which makes for beautiful and easy to enjoy sunrises. I loved that I could keep the balcony door open and listen to the waves all night. The unit itself was nice and clean with everything you need! The bed was comfortable and the AC unit kept things nice and cool. It's walking distance from Coconut Marketplace, which has shops, restaurants and a convenience store. I love the location on the island because it's pretty equal distance to the north and south shores. Communication with the host was easy and they were very proactive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Steve K

Oct 03, 2023 Beautiful location! The view can't be beat! Proximity to the little market ended up being HUGE! Easy to restock the fridge and pick up extra shampoo, etc. It's a very short walk to some good restaurants and cool little shops. The pool is right next to the place. We felt this was a plus...especially with the pool bar being so close. The kitchenette was fine. You're not gonna cook anything, but the fridge was plenty big for drinks and leftovers. The microwave came in handy once or twice. Having the beach chairs and little cooler was really nice. We only used them once, but they served their purposes. The one ding I will give the place is that it's a little dated. It certainly didn't detract from the experience, but some minor upgrades would make the place feel a little more modern. Kevin (the property manager) was very responsive and nice. We left a few items in the drawers and he not only let us know promptly, but drove back in bad traffic to give us our stuff on short notice. Aug 06, 2023 Truly amazing ocean views. Steps away from the ocean. Right next to great shopping and restaurants. Centrally located in Kauai so activities on the south side are quite close and it isn't too long of a drive to north side activities. 100% would stay here again! Stephanie A

Jul 16, 2023 A serene location for a much needed getaway. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for an affordable rental *right on the water!*. Just being able to sit on the lanai each morning and have breakfast was surreal (also the benefit of having the cover from the rain makes it really worth it!). As an added benefit of being so close to the water, the room’s wifi reaches out to the beach! The apartment itself was super clean, has ample cooking equipment for a short stay, and some nice beach gear like chairs and snorkel masks. The property manager was super responsive helpful and kind, responding to all my messages immediately and taking care of any problems I had. The bed was comfortable, and the room has a nice TV with Netflix. The resort itself is super nice, very well manicured gardens, with a well maintained pool, pool-bar, and hot-tub. Mar 05, 2023 Great location with a beautiful view. Our room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The poolside bar made some of the best mai tai drinks around! Even though it didn't have an elevator, it won’t stop us from coming back again. George A
