  • Jan 23, 2023 Great Experience Overall had a great experience with Gather and this house. Check-in was simple, very good instructions by email. The house is beautiful and very well decorated. It's two levels, one BR upstairs and two downstairs. Beds, pillows, and towels were all high-quality. The best part was the pool/outdoor area. The pool is beautiful and is heated to the perfect temperature. There's a nice waterfall edge and some wonderful pool loungers. The upper level of the pool area has lounge chairs, a gas grill and a gas stovetop. The gas grill was of very high quality, and an extra propane tank was provided in case we ran out. The kitchen was nice, too. Dishes and glassware were good. There's a coffee maker, filters, and grinder. The oven, stovetop, and microwave were all high-quality and worked well. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't on - we turned it on but it doesn't appear to be connected to water. Ended up not being a problem. There are ice cube trays and a reverse osmosis water tap, so we made ice every day. Day of arrival, we bought a bag of ice from the grocery store that's literally a 2-min drive (or walkable). We didn't have any major issues during the stay. I was confident that if we did, the team was just a text away. It's a great house in a great location. We are very happy with the quality of the house for the price we paid. Would definitely return to this house and/or use Gather again. Mark J

  • Jun 26, 2022 Fantastic Palm Villa This was a fantastic spot for our family of four, plus two grandparents. Two bedrooms on one floor, a third on another, made it great for privacy and spreading out. The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room which created an excellent space for being together while preparing cocktails and meals and taking in the stellar views. Additional family room means there are two areas for entertaining so our kids had their own place to hang out. Two golf carts were great and made it easy and fun to explore the hotel property, and we loved the location on Waiulu St. A typical day for our family was getting up early and enjoying a few hours of exercise in the fitness center or pool or tennis center, spending mid-day poolside and then enjoying cocktails and dinner either at the villa or one of the many restaurants. In short, best family vacation we’ve had, and much due to the comfort of this Palm villa. We will certainly be back. Walker F

Apr 14, 2024 The villa is fantastic - spacious, well stocked, and very clean. It's very close to the Four Seasons resort which is a few minute golf cart ride. The management company was great to work with as well - they were responsive to all questions and helped with arranging for baby equipment rentals. Would definitely stay again! Lakshmi A

The addition of the gold carts is a must, they had nice amenities and it was critical to have access to four seasons amenities as well including the fitness center, pools, and restaurants. Jan 23, 2023 Great Experience Overall had a great experience with Gather and this house. Check-in was simple, very good instructions by email. The house is beautiful and very well decorated. It's two levels, one BR upstairs and two downstairs. Beds, pillows, and towels were all high-quality. The best part was the pool/outdoor area. The pool is beautiful and is heated to the perfect temperature. There's a nice waterfall edge and some wonderful pool loungers. The upper level of the pool area has lounge chairs, a gas grill and a gas stovetop. The gas grill was of very high quality, and an extra propane tank was provided in case we ran out. The kitchen was nice, too. Dishes and glassware were good. There's a coffee maker, filters, and grinder. The oven, stovetop, and microwave were all high-quality and worked well. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't on - we turned it on but it doesn't appear to be connected to water. Ended up not being a problem. There are ice cube trays and a reverse osmosis water tap, so we made ice every day. Day of arrival, we bought a bag of ice from the grocery store that's literally a 2-min drive (or walkable). We didn't have any major issues during the stay. I was confident that if we did, the team was just a text away. It's a great house in a great location. We are very happy with the quality of the house for the price we paid. Would definitely return to this house and/or use Gather again. Mark J

Jun 26, 2022 Fantastic Palm Villa This was a fantastic spot for our family of four, plus two grandparents. Two bedrooms on one floor, a third on another, made it great for privacy and spreading out. The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room which created an excellent space for being together while preparing cocktails and meals and taking in the stellar views. Additional family room means there are two areas for entertaining so our kids had their own place to hang out. Two golf carts were great and made it easy and fun to explore the hotel property, and we loved the location on Waiulu St. A typical day for our family was getting up early and enjoying a few hours of exercise in the fitness center or pool or tennis center, spending mid-day poolside and then enjoying cocktails and dinner either at the villa or one of the many restaurants. In short, best family vacation we’ve had, and much due to the comfort of this Palm villa. We will certainly be back. Walker F
