Aug 28, 2024 Stayed here with my sister and brother in law, and we all enjoyed it very much!! Had an issue with AC vent leaking water but someone was sent to fix it shortly after I notified them. Location was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful and quiet! Angela Estrada

Aug 08, 2024 Wonderful location, maybe a 20-30 minute walk from downtown and right on the ocean. Other guests and tenants were friendly. There's both a chlorine and saltwater pool -- the salt water pool is right near the ocean. The condo was clean, with all the amenities we'd need for a 2 week vacation (laundry, dishwasher, etc). Nice backdoor patio to relax and check out the snails and lizards. Overall, was the perfect spot for our vacation in Kona. Josh Maislin

Apr 08, 2024 I was impressed, and I usually go to the kitchen first just to look around. Good sharp knifes was a home run. It had everything that you could want. My wife and myself have stayed on many airbnb's and vrbo in Hawaii and on Kona and this stay was really special Thank You Mahalo Darrell Kaufman

Oct 28, 2023 The condo was as stated, had a fully stocked kitchen and many spices and staples were left in the cupboard. The salt water pool was delightful and we loved drinking our morning coffee in the group area with the sea view. Loved it here and will likely return. Lorna Scott

Oct 01, 2023 We had a great stay!! 3 ladies on a beach vacation for our friends 40th birthday. The condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes / glasses / towels etc. loved having a washer and dryer! Cute condo! Pretty improvements! We have stayed at the casa de emdeko complex 15+ times. We LOVE IT! This unit is tucked back so you don’t get a view or hear much of the beach but you are ground level with is SO nice. You can walk right out your lanai door to the pools / beach / cabana. We had a great time and plan to be back next year!! Ashley Maxwell

Sep 15, 2023 We stayed here for 9 days during our trip to the Big Island. I would recommend this place if you are in the Kailua-Kona area or as a great home base on the Big Island. They provided all the cooking/kitchen amenities and beach amenities making it a great stay for the longer period. We were able to make our breakfasts each morning and not have to waste time finding a restaurant. They provided beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles, and an ice chest. The ice chest with an ice pack were a huge plus, so we could pack lunches each day for our adventures around the island. The mattress was comfy which was great for so many nights. And we highly recommend watching the sunsets on the properties beach area, amazing. Tanya Cruse

Jun 05, 2023 The stay was absolutely perfect. The property managers made the stay. They were very communicative, sent clear instructions, and sent us things to do and their partner companies to help make the stay wonderful. Only gripe is the walls are paper thin. We had a child staying above us who would run back and forth and it would vibrate the walls. Made it hard for our toddler to sleep. But not the units fault. Kathleen Jackson

This newly remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom ground floor condominium sleeps up to 4 guests and is located just steps away from the western shores of the Big Island of Hawaii, where guests can bask in the beauty of the glowing Hawaiian sunset over the Pacific Ocean each and every evening of their stay.
This bright and spacious unit is all brand new, featuring smooth tilework and stonework throughout the space. The kitchen and bathroom are both built with custom white Quartz countertops and custom Sapele cabinets. The open-air layout of the condo provides ample airflow and sunlight throughout the space, in addition to the central air conditioning and ceiling fans that are found throughout the home. There is a private stacked washer and dryer for use in the hallway of the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance that a chef needs to concoct a delicious meal and includes a bar area with 4 chairs for entertaining guests while cooking. Attached to the kitchen is the charming living room, furnished with seating, a television set for a cozy night of entertainment after a busy day of island exploring, and a couch that easily converts to a Queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements for 2.
