Anchored on a scenic bluff within the private Ke Alaula enclave, the stunning three bedroom, split-level villa known as 3BD Ke Alaula (210B) Villa at Hualalai Resort brings together effortless indoor and outdoor living, partial ocean vistas, views of Maui and the Kohala Mountains, and the curated comforts of resort life on the Kona-Kohala Coast.

* Each January, Hualalai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship. This event will result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities.
* The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.
Hualalai Spa Enhancements: September 15 – Mid November, 2025
Outdoor aqua-thermal areas in both locker rooms will be under renovation. Massage and body treatments will be temporarily relocated to the Makaloa Villa. Guests will retain access to the infrared sauna, hot tub, and pool, with a temporary cold plunge situated near the Spa Lap Pool.
LIVING AND DINING
The upper level great room frames westward light and views across floor to ceiling sliding pocket doors. A spacious lounge anchors the room, joined by an elegant dining area and an additional seating nook that makes gathering feel relaxed and inviting. An 84 inch Sony Master Series 8K TV and the villa’s high speed WiFi support seamless streaming, remote work, or multi device entertainment. Soft colors, warm wood details, and abundant airflow create an easygoing sense of place from sunrise to sunset.
CHEF READY KITCHEN
Polished wood cabinetry, high end appliances, generous counter space, and a three seat bar make cooking both functional and enjoyable. A built in desk offers a useful workspace, while a breakfast balcony shaded by palms is ideal for morning coffee with garden views.
OUTDOOR OASIS
Open the great room’s pocket doors to a spacious covered lanai with dining for six, a full lounge set, and a BBQ grill for fresh island meals. Downstairs, the primary suite opens to a tranquil lanai surrounded by tropical landscaping. Additional outdoor seating areas connect to the bonus retreat room and guest suites, creating multiple places to unwind.
