The property is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a relaxing beachfront location, and incredible ocean views. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the convenience of having the beach just steps away, as well as the on-site pool and dining options. The location is ideal for exploring nearby Lahaina and Kaanapali attractions, yet it still felt peaceful and private. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. I can’t recommend Maui Kaanapali Villas enough and would absolutely stay here again! James Bautista
  • Mar 04, 2024 The location and quality of the property is as advertised. The location is waterfront but the suite is not waterfront. We found a couple of things lacking for the kitchen. The room is bright and the patio is pleasant to sit. The location is quiet and only steps to the pool and beach and a short walk along the beach path to Whaler's Village. We did the walk most mornings which is a pleasant stroll. Good Beach and water conditions making this a useable beach. The owners are very considerate and were easy to communicate with. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities for cooking and food storage. It also had some beach chairs, which we used a lot over the week. Along the sunny western coast of Maui, the oceanfront Maui Ka’anapali Villas Resort boasts three miles of sandy beach, cerulean blue waters, and stunning views of the neighboring islands of Moloka’i and Lana’i. This charming one bedroom, one bath studio located on the resort’s second floor includes a sizable covered lanai with views of the resort’s tall trees and lush landscaping, and is mere steps away from what is arguably one of America’s best beaches, Ka’anapali Beach. This unit includes access to Maui Ka’anapali Villas’ extensive list of amenities, as well as some exciting experiences that you won’t want to miss.

The studio feels open and spacious thanks to the vaulted ceilings above, and the wooden beams that run along the length of the ceilings add to the unit’s island feel. Central air conditioning throughout ensures your comfort on even the stickiest days during the height of the summer months. The fully equipped kitchen, located along the right side of the unit, has stainless steel appliances and ample counter space making cooking easy should you choose to prepare your own meals. The flatscreen TV is visible from both your king-size bed and the adjacent living room, with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to two additional guests. In the far corner, you’ll find the dining room, which includes seating for four and a lovely garden view beyond the sliding glass doors that open up to the covered lanai. The outdoor dining table on the lanai is guaranteed to be used daily to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, eat meals al fresco, or as a place to linger over drinks once the sun goes down. The large bathroom has lots of counter and cabinet space for storage and a walk-in shower. Please note, this studio is located on the second floor and can only be accessed by stairs; there is no elevator available.

Maui Ka’anapali Villas charges a daily fee of $35.00 plus tax per day to be collected by the front desk agent on the day of your check out. In exchange, you’re able to take advantage of the below resort amenities during your stay:

Take the Ka’anapali Trolley to either Whalers Village, where you’ll find excellent shopping and dining, or to Ka’anapali Golf Club to enjoy a day on the fairway. While the trolley will transport you throughout the resort area, you’ll want to make use of the included parking space by renting a vehicle so you can explore the rest of the island. Couples and families alike will enjoy experiencing Maui by boat, by taking either a sunset cruise or, if you’re visiting during the winter months, a whale watching boat tour. Adventure seekers who aren’t afraid to get dirty won’t want to miss the opportunity to off-road on UTVs through 1,400 acres of untouched land, a unique way to see another side of Maui beyond the resorts.
