Jan 18, 2026 Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, the place is clean and well maintained and we could the whole experience to be quite positive. My kids enjoyed the loft bedroom and we liked that they had their own space to relax. The primary bedroom bed was quite comfortable and the natural breeze through the unit via the screened windows was lovely. Also, the waves crashing throughout the night made for ideal sleep conditions! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit! Elliott S

Nov 11, 2025 incredible stay We had an incredible stay here in Princeville. The views alone made this place unforgettable — waking up to the ocean every morning and ending the day with peaceful sunsets was perfect. The whole area is quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by so much natural beauty. One of the biggest perks was the private path down to the beach. It made it so easy to slip away for a morning walk. The location overall is fantastic — close to everything you need in Princeville, yet it still feels tucked away and serene. The host was also amazing. Toward the end of our trip we needed a little help with something, and they were extremely accommodating and responsive. We really appreciated that level of care. Highly recommend this place if you want ocean views, calm surroundings, and a great Princeville experience. We’d love to come back. Clark L

From board games to beach gear and even binoculars to watch the surfers, this place had it all. They were also very gracious in letting us have a late check out, as well. Oct 26, 2025 Would definitely come back again. I booked this place for a birthday trip and it was amazing staying here. The views were priceless, location was perfect for someone who does not like to be around crowds- kind of a hidden away town but I loved being so close to Hanalei! There was everything we needed at this home; beach chairs/towels, beach bags, boogie boards, etc. and having a washer/dryer was so convenient too. My only concern was it does get a very warm during the day since there is no ac but using the portable fans in the room and opening the windows were helpful. Overall, I did really enjoy this home, the nearby towns and the people here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and again the views are unbeatable! Would definitely come back again. Selina P

Jan 04, 2025 Wow! This condo set a new bar for awesome Airbnbs! It’s the best I’ve stayed at, even better than the description and photos. The views and private beach are phenomenal. The condo is also tastefully decorated and pretty well stocked. It is a 45 minute drive from the airport and almost an hour from the zip lines and southern beaches. But offers a more secluded experience. The snorkeling next-door at Hideaway Beach is epic. But bring your hiking shoes and legs! Jason C

It was a great spot to make day trips to Hanalei or go east to Kilauea. Note that this place does not have AC if that’s important to you. We loved our stay. Tena G

May 04, 2024 We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful condo. It is a place where you can truly relax and call home for a few days. The sunsets from the lanai are spectacular. We had fun cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and eating our meals outside. Sophia was a wonderful host and was always willing to help us and answer any questions. Apr 30, 2024 Such a beautiful view and location, and the unit is very nicely updated amenities and everything we needed for the beach. Loved that we didn't have to rent towels or snorkeling gear -- it was all ready for us to take to the private beach or to the various beaches that are easily within driving distance. Sophia (host) was very responsive, despite some issues in our availability due to our service loss as we were driving around the island, and really, the view from the apartment/balcony, as well as the private beach, make this place absolutely worth it. Without question, we will look to stay here again when we come back to Kauai. Thank you! Thomas M

The location was convenient to Puu Poa beach and a short drive to the grocery store and the town of Hanalei. Any time we had a question, Sophia was quick to provide us with a comprehensive answer. Nov 19, 2023 This serene Kauai condo combines the comfort of high-quality furnishings (great beds!), including Restoration Hardware pieces, with the charm of a tastefully refreshed older property. The highlight is the killer view from a spacious, breezy balcony that enhances the living space, making it ideal for small families or couples. Kauai necessitates a rental car for island exploration, Uber is unreliable and takes forever. Also no DoorDash for delivery. The property manager, Sophia was kind and extremely responsive. Next time I will take advantage of the "add-on" amenities like pre-arrival grocery shopping. Arriving to a stocked kitchen can be a blessing, especially after a late flight. The condo is perfect for small families (more than 4 people would be cramped) or couples looking for a tranquil retreat with easy access to the island's natural beauty. The path to a beautiful little beach is straight in front of the condo and cool things like Queen's Bath are close! Suzanne G

Loved having the ocean overlook and close proximity to beach walkway. Good proximity to a lot of what we wanted to do in Kauai. Even the longer drive to Kapaa and Poipu was manageable and easy! We also loved being so close to cute downtown Hanalei -- with great shops, beaches and restaurants! Make sure to stop at Tiki Iniki for a great Mai Tai and other cool cocktail options -- right around the corner from the condo. You will not be disappointed staying here! Laura E

Sep 13, 2023 Our family had the most wonderful time at Pali Ke Kua 207! This condo was clearly decorated with careful attention to detail and great taste. The views from the lanai were incredible (ocean AND mountain!), and we loved walking down the private path to the beach most days which was just steps behind the unit. The condo is conveniently located near the Princeville shopping center, and also is near so many great beaches! It even came stocked with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, small cooler/beach bags, and some high quality binoculars for bird watching! We will never forget this place and our memories made here! Hopefully we’ll get a chance to come back in the future. Highly recommend! Jodi B

Easy access to north shore beaches (including a great snorkel beach just a short walk from the condo), Hanalei shopping/restaurants, etc. Princeville is lovely with lots of walking paths and easy shopping, restaurants. The condo was very cozy with great decor and stocked with just about everything you’d need to enjoy Kauai - beach chairs, snorkels kits, cooler, etc. Highly recommend. Kristin M

May 04, 2023 Simply amazing. Not a single complaint. Watched sunsets, surfers, birds, even a whale from our balcony. Swam with turtles, snorkeled, hiked the rocks… just down the path. The constant breeze was wonderful as was the rain. So much to do without driving anywhere. Yet doing nothing was perfect as well. We had everything we needed in this home away from home. Mahalo!! Mar 07, 2023 This is a great place. Great ocean views. Two single beds in an upstairs loft and a main floor master bedroom make this a great place for a family of four, especially with teens. Condo is clean and quiet. Just a short drive to Hanalei. There is a pizza restaurant within walking distance. There are plenty of walking trails close by and a golf course too. The only downside, for some, is the steep walk down to the beach. However, once down, the beach is beautiful and secluded. Overall I would highly recommend this place! Henry O

The kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed using The Peloton. The location was also great. It was easy to get places, lots of beaches to explore right from the front door. We will definitely come back. And, Sophia, went above and beyond any expectations we had! She was incredibly responsive and helpful! Aug 04, 2022 Amazing rental and location Rental location was excellent for snorkeling enthusiasts. Only a small hike down to a very secluded beach with corals a few feet from the shore. Hike up is a workout but well worth it! The property had everything we needed for our vacation. We didn’t even have to use any of the toiletries that we packed! Great rental and would recommend.
