Feb 26, 2024 This is one of those places where the pictures just don’t do it justice. The view from the balcony up top is priceless. You won’t regret staying here. House was clean and well maintained. The lanai is amazing and the perfect spot for coffee. Beds are comfortable and there’s lots of room. Had a problem with the dishwasher and they were quick to respond to get someone out to look at it. Unfortunately parts took longer than our trip but I was impressed by their quick response and attempt at a remedy. 10/10 will stay here again. Todd Kovaletz

Jan 19, 2024 We loved everything about the house. Everything is high quality and beautiful. The pool was amazing and it really came in handy. There were high surf warning our whole trip and beaches were closed so the pool kept the kids busy and having fun. The property managers were amazing and very helpful when we had questions. The listing is not owned by a private Hist rather than a property management company so they do things a little differently. Overall very nice place to stay. We recommend this home! Nan

Mar 21, 2023 We loved our stay at this home. We were a family of grandparents, grown children, and grandchildren (teenagers and young children). The layout of the home was perfect for all of us - plenty of space for everyone. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and grill area, as we enjoy cooking as a family. The backyard pool and spa were used by all, and the sunsets from the upper deck were spectacular. We enjoyed many activities around the island and appreciated this wonderful home to come back to each evening. I was a bit concerned about being so close to a Golf Course, but this turned out to be no issue whatsoever. We really liked being the end home on the street. In addition, we found Gather Vacation's team (Elite Pacific) to be extremely responsive and easy to work with: from a question when we checked-in late at night, to sending out the pool company when needed, and being very accommodating and allowing us a late check-out time. We would definitely consider staying here again. Ellen Mihm

Holua Kai's Plantation-style homes have been specifically designed to merge indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to their large open floor plans that maximize natural lighting and ventilation. While the home is additionally equipped with central A/C for those uncharacteristically warm days, the windows can remain open to allow for the cooling trade winds to aerate the home. When you venture outside, you’ll surely be mesmerized by the unobstructed cobalt blue ocean views from your custom infinity edge, in-ground swimming pool, and spa.
The spacious kitchen island includes custom Bordeaux Dream Granite slab countertops and glass backsplash, a GE Monogram Pro stainless steel appliance package with a wine fridge, under cabinet LED lighting, and solid wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers and doors. Beautiful quartzite porcelain tile can be found throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as the downstairs bedroom and hallways.
Golf Green is able to accommodate up to 12 guests due to its 3-bedroom and bonus room layout. The Primary Suite comes complete with a King-size bed and an ensuite featuring a large, free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, and split vanities all accented by solid granite countertops. The additional guest bedrooms feature King-size and Queen-size bedroom layouts. Additional sleeping spaces can be found in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and bonus rooms. With carefully selected furnishings and touches from a professional decorator, you’ll find that Golf Green will have everything you might need to make this space feel like your Hawaiian home away from home.
Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. To book a private tennis or pickleball court, guests may call or text Holua Kai's shop phone, and let them know of the day and time you are planning to play. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.
Drop-in, Open Pickleball Play Schedule @ Holua Racquet and Paddle: Every drop-in play is open to members and non-members alike. Non-members pay $10/person for each open play they join. For example, if you play in the 8 AM open play and pay $10/person, an additional $10/person for the afternoon play will apply. However, the Holua Kai community offers weekly, monthly, and more membership rates. If interested, please contact Holua Kai's shop for applicable rates.
