All appliances were high end like Breville coffee machine. All bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. They provided even toothpaste, tooth brush, footwear, and razor blade. We liked the house layout, and appreciate the modern furnishing and styling. The prop management team was easy to speak with and resolved a problem we had quickly.   • Jul 23, 2023 This house may be the nicest house we have ever rented. It is so nice and new and the views/sunsets are UNREAL! The house has everything you will need - except a cocktail shaker 😁. Be sure to look for the goats on the golf course in the morning and around 5pm. They are so cute. We used the KTA grocery store a few miles away. There is a harbor less than a mile from there and you can go snorkeling right from there. Be sure to walk to the Outrigger and get a drink and watch the manta rays swim. Other things are close by too. We found it to be a perfect place to launch our Hawaiian adventures. We hope to return to the Hawaii and the house again soon! ryan dunne

It is in a nice gated community with a great view of the golf course and the ocean. We could see the sunset each night this time of year. The house was spacious, well appointed and well stocked. The kitchen was definitely a chef’s kitchen. All bedroom suites were well-equipped, but the master suite as awesome. 🙂 The lanai/pool is beautiful. We watched whales from our lanai! Its 2,372 square foot layout features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with comfortable air conditioning and plenty of beautiful, Hawaiian natural light throughout.

This Big Island vacation home is situated along the 2nd fairway on the lush Kona Country Club’s Makai Golf Course, making it the ideal location for any golf enthusiast. In the mornings, you can enjoy views of early morning tee times and the sparkling Pacific from your oversized, covered lanai. In the evenings, you can squeeze in a relaxing dip in your saltwater, in-ground swimming pool, and spa before a nightcap with your guests. Imagine the evenings you’ll spend here where it’s just you and your loved ones with nothing to do but enjoy one another's company and breathe in the salty, tropical air.

The amenities inside Holua Kai #27 are just as impressive as the ones outside the home, with high-end appliances, a vitamix blender, breville nespresso machine, 75” tv with soundbar and mesh wifi network. The spacious kitchen island includes custom Bordeaux Dream Granite slab countertops and glass backsplash, a GE Monogram Pro stainless steel appliance package, under-cabinet LED lighting, and solid wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers and doors.

This luxury vacation rental is able to accommodate up to 6 guests due to its 3-bedroom layout. The Primary Suite comes complete with a King-size bed and an ensuite featuring a large, free-standing soaking tub, walk-in shower, and split vanities all accented by solid granite countertops. The additional guest bedrooms feature King-size and Twin-size bedroom layouts, with garden views and ensuite bathrooms. With carefully selected furnishings and touches from a professional decorator, you’ll find that Holua Kai #27 will have everything you might need to make this space feel like your Hawaiian home away from home.

Please note that 7 private tennis and 20 pickleball courts are available for guest use for an additional fee. Of those facilities, 5 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts have lights. Court Rentals are $25/hour per court for non-members. If you'd like to become a member of the Holua Kai community, the court rental fee will be waived. To book a private tennis or pickleball court, guests may call or text Holua Kai's shop phone, and let them know of the day and time you are planning to play. A member of Holua Kai's community team will let you know which court(s) are available.

Drop-in, Open Pickleball Play Schedule @ Holua Racquet and Paddle: Every drop-in play is open to members and non-members alike. Non-members pay $10/person for each open play they join. For example, if you play in the 8 AM open play and pay $10/person, an additional $10/person for the afternoon play will apply. However, the Holua Kai community offers weekly, monthly, and more membership rates. If interested, please contact Holua Kai's shop for applicable rates.

Jul 23, 2023 This house may be the nicest house we have ever rented. It is so nice and new and the views/sunsets are UNREAL! The house has everything you will need - except a cocktail shaker 😁. Be sure to look for the goats on the golf course in the morning and around 5pm. They are so cute. We used the KTA grocery store a few miles away. There is a harbor less than a mile from there and you can go snorkeling right from there. Be sure to walk to the Outrigger and get a drink and watch the manta rays swim. Other things are close by too. We found it to be a perfect place to launch our Hawaiian adventures. We hope to return to the Hawaii and the house again soon! ryan dunne

Apr 19, 2023 The property was exactly what we were hoping for and the pictures and description in VRBO very accurately represented the accommodations. It is in a nice gated community with a great view of the golf course and the ocean. We could see the sunset each night this time of year. The house was spacious, well appointed and well stocked. The property owner and managers were extraordinarily helpful. We can’t think of anything we would change. Kevin Christie
Apr 06, 2023 This was a great home for our week long stay on the big island. Our kids (9 and 12) loved the pool and we loved the location and view. The house itself was very clean and all of the furnishings were new and well maintained. It was a quiet neighborhood and a great base for all of our adventures. Feb 03, 2023 My family and I had an amazing time at this property. It was well stocked, clean, beautiful (the pictures don’t do it Justice), and conveniently located. The kitchen was definitely a chef’s kitchen. All bedroom suites were well-equipped, but the master suite as awesome. 🙂 The lanai/pool is beautiful. We watched whales from our lanai! If we return, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. Beautiful home. Tanika Long
