Jan 17, 2026 We had a wonderful stay at this property! The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, the beach truly could not be any closer or more beautiful. The hosts were prompt and accommodating when we needed a repair done. Everything felt very thoughtful and intentionally designed - we especially loved cooking in the big open kitchen, eating meals around the table in the gazebo, and saying hello to the geckos in the outdoor showers. The grounds are also wonderful with the beautiful birds, the vegetation, and the constant sound of the waves. It is a beautiful home base for a restful Big Island vacation. It definitely met our expectations. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the property, but it would have been nice to have a couple of beach umbrellas and some extra beach loungers to take to the beach to watch the whales. (Yes- we saw whales breaching from our beach.) Michael M
