Can walk to a playground, grocery store, restaurants. There are 2 pack and plays and a high chair. Tons of beach gear in the garage. Immaculate property. You could move easily about. The pool was great. We recommend paying the extra to heat it. Well worth it. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. Not only was the house perfect (clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked, the pool was a blast for my kids) the location was easy access to Hanalei Bay, Princeville Shopping. I never felt inconvenienced and I just loved coming "home" to this beautiful beachy retreat. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and definitely made us feel welcome. It’s a quiet area w/ a very nice shopping area close by. The pool is not heated though so it was a bit chilly to jump in. My friends and I enjoyed the space. Kelly Ubaldi

Close location to the local supermarket, playground, and library (we took out books for our young kids) was great as well as being able to drive to Hanalei and other beaches for snorkeling and other fun. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with equipment to cook any type of meal you could imagine. The pool was great! The photos are great but the layout and space is even better than what photos present. Pool is perfect for the kids young and old, and the sitting outdoor area has a roof so you can grill and eat outside in the rain. The rooms are laid out so it’s super private. There are two pack n plays and a high chair for those with small kids. But the best part was how responsive the property manager was with any questions. This four bedroom, three bath home has family-friendly features including a fenced-in salt-water pool, bunk bed room, and plenty of space. The scenic town of Princeville has offerings that will please the whole family, such as horseback riding on a working ranch and chocolate tasting in an exotic garden.

A rock wall encloses the backyard pool at Lani Oasis and the lush, green palms beyond make it feel like a true island paradise. The adults will enjoy the waterfall feature in the pool’s deep end, while the kids are safe in the separate wading area. All-new outdoor furniture provides the perfect atmosphere to lounge poolside in style or enjoy a meal cooked on the patio grill. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside via the sliding glass doors. The large great room lies beneath a beautiful, vaulted wood ceiling with contrasting white beams giving the space an open and cohesive feel. The lovely bay window provides natural light and backyard views while sitting at the dining room’s large farmhouse-style table. The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space including two separate breakfast bars. The brand-new stainless-steel appliances and cabinets stocked with cookware and kitchenware provide everything you need to whip up something delicious. The large windows in the adjacent living room bring a sense of the outdoors in while also being equipped with room-darkening blinds to enhance enjoyment of the giant flatscreen TV that rounds out the impressive great room.

The spacious primary suite has another high-beam vaulted ceiling and includes a king-size bed, stressless leather lounge chairs, and a large closet for all your belongings. The sleek primary ensuite has dual vanity sinks, a sizable walk-in double shower, and access to a private lanai near the pool. The elegant junior primary suite has access to the pool area via a glass slider and has a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in tile shower and a freestanding soaking tub. The remaining guest bedroom -- one with a queen-size bed and private lanai, and the other with two sets of bunk beds -- share a full-size hallway guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Split air conditioning units, ceiling fans, and TVs come standard in all the bedrooms.

Kaua’i is well-known for its lush landscapes and slow-paced lifestyle, so take your time as you enjoy the beauty of the north shore. Princeville Ranch offers you the chance to feel like a paniolo (Hawaiian cowboy) when you ride through their working cattle ranch with the majestic Hanalei Mountains as your backdrop. Explore the Princeville Botanical Gardens where you’ll discover more than 600 varieties of exotic plants and have the opportunity to sample local fruit, honey, and chocolate. On your way back to Lani Oasis, stop at the Princeville Center to dine at one of the neighborhood restaurants, pick up groceries, or browse some of the local shops for gifts to take home to friends and family. This lovely home is fully equipped with beach towels and chairs, a cooler for trips to the beach, two sets of washers and dryers, and two pack ‘n plays to ensure that your family can enjoy all that the island has to offer!

This property does NOT have air conditioning in the living room or dining room. AC split systems are only in the bedrooms.

Garage is NOT available. Ping Pong table and Beach Items are in the garage. Parking is available on the driveway only.

Please be advised that pool heat is NOT included in the rental rate. If you are interested in heating the pool, kindly contact us for more details regarding our pool heat policy. Also note that not all pools on Kauai have the option for heating. Please do NOT assume that pools are automatically heated for guests. Pool heat requests are subject to an additional daily charge and must be requested two weeks prior to arrival.

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.

Apr 17, 2024 Our group had a fantastic stay! The house was very clean, stocked and had a great layout! We loved that we could walk to the park, farmers market, store and restaurants. The location was perfect for the North shore and close to lots of beautiful beaches, botanical gardens and fun towns. Having the pool gate was perfect for our littles! Sep 29, 2023 This has to be my favorite AirBnB. It was our family of 7's first time on Kauai and I was a little unsure of the location. Not only was the house perfect (clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked, the pool was a blast for my kids) the location was easy access to Hanalei Bay, Princeville Shopping. I never felt inconvenienced and I just loved coming "home" to this beautiful beachy retreat. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and definitely made us feel welcome. Jun 22, 2023 We had a wonderful stay while in Princeville, Kauai. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen is stocked with everything we would need and the beds are really comfortable. We were able to connect with our agent for a few hiccups and had them resolved quickly. Would recommend this place of paradise! Jack & Leslie Rants

Apr 19, 2023 It’s a beautiful home with lots of space and well equipped kitchen including spices and Tupperware. There’s also beach chairs and a cooler. It’s a quiet area w/ a very nice shopping area close by. The pool is not heated though so it was a bit chilly to jump in. My friends and I enjoyed the space. Kelly Ubaldi

Close location to the local supermarket, playground, and library (we took out books for our young kids) was great as well as being able to drive to Hanalei and other beaches for snorkeling and other fun. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with equipment to cook any type of meal you could imagine. The pool was great! If you want it to be heated, be sure to notify the host right away, don't wait to the last minute. John Fecker

Two washers/dryers for all the beach/pool clothes and towels(10 provided) to be easily cleaned. Made use of the beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Kids loved the pool and brand new ping pong table in the garage. AC in the bedrooms worked great to stay comfortable. There’s plenty of extra after sun aloe and bug spray left over. The kitchen was overly equipped with everything new for family meals: coffee makers of all kinds and a grinder. Ninja blender for smoothies and the BBQ on the lanai came in handy. Feb 17, 2023 We absolutely LOVED our stay. Perfect location, close to golf course, beach, Princeville bike path/walking path literally just down the street. The photos are great but the layout and space is even better than what photos present. Pool is perfect for the kids young and old, and the sitting outdoor area has a roof so you can grill and eat outside in the rain. The rooms are laid out so it’s super private. There are two pack n plays and a high chair for those with small kids. But the best part was how responsive the property manager was with any questions. We LOVED our stay and would definitely come back again. Annie Wang
