• Oct 16, 2025 better than the pictures This location was right next to Turtle Bay Resort where we were attending a wedding, so we could walk right over. The rooms and furniture actually looked better than the pictures (maybe it’s been remodeled). Lots of space, enough bathrooms for multiple girls to get ready. • Sep 15, 2025 Top notch - 10/10 location. Top notch - 10/10 location. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be better. Since it's situated right next to the Ritz, there's an elevated standard in the area. The grounds are well maintained, the amenities are luxury, and everywhere you look it's stunning. We highly recommend these beautiful condos especially for larger family events. The hosts were very responsive and the text messages very helpful. • Apr 17, 2024 There is so much to do at this property, there are few reasons to leave the Turtle Bay area! Much of what you really need/want to leave for is within 10-20 minutes. The beach and pool/hot tub are steps away. The view is just as in the photos. It's important to note that this property is part of Turtle Bay Resort but you will need to pay/pay more for many of the Turtle Bay Hotel amenities (golf, bikes, pickle ball, spa/wellness classes, etc.). The concierge is extremely helpful at setting things up. Plenty of beach towels are in bathrooms. Shampoo and Conditioner are bigger than hotel size. Only two beach chairs. Needs a larger frying pan but other than that the kitchen is well equipped. Getting 205 & 206 was fabulous so that grandparents could have their own space! The pictures are great but it cannot replicate the amazing feeling of first entering the property, with the welcoming Hawaiian music, cooling AC, beautiful view of the Turtle Bay landscape and ocean front beach, and of course the stunning unit itself. We enjoyed this unit because the attached studio with its separate bathroom, kitchenette and lanai allowed privacy within our group (plus we could bake dessert while dinner and pupus were prepared). Parking, beach, the pool, Roy’s Beach House, Turtle Bay Resort all very close by. Access codes and wifi as well as checkin and checkout instructions very easy and concise. • Aug 11, 2023 Lovely condo, big sliding door, big windows, and we had grandparents in an adjoining condo. The kids sorted out their rooms. The primary suite was well laid out and felt private. The kitchen and laundry made doing mom stuff really easy. The dishwasher in our unit would start not not complete cycles, and I called the property manager. After resetting the circuit breaker, the machine continued to act up. It didn't spoil our trip, just a nuisance. The room and all gates need a number code, and the kids took to it quickly. • Jan 09, 2023 Beautiful property, very confortable and clean condo. The property had everything for everyone in our group to have a wonderful trip, from the family friendly beach out front (even when big waves were crashing on the outer reefs), to several bar and restaurant choices for the adults, to the walking trails and bike paths.
