We had some gorgeous sunsets from the patio and the best part of this listing is the proximity to the pool/restaurant/gym area. So easy to roll out of bed and walk 40 seconds to get to the gym. The pool area is fantastic, the bar n grill was amazing, and we saw humpback whales all day/ every day. The prefect trip, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Karin T

Some highlights that made the experience unforgettable: - The condo is perfectly situated next to the Ocean Club, just a short walk to the community restaurant, gym, pool, and jacuzzi. It's also just a short walk to Buddha Point and the Hilton Waikoloa Resort, where you can explore the resort lagoon with it's fish and turtles. - The breathtaking sunset views from the patio were absolutely stunning, and we could even see whales spouting in the distance all day long. The starry sky at night was a beautiful bonus. - The condo came equipped with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, binoculars, racquets, hats, board games, and more! Also a full stocked kitchen, and outdoor grill. - 2 parking spots (covered and uncovered) - The staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This unit offers the best of Hali’i Kai, being very close to the Ocean Club and having a perfect location for those incomparable Kona sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ grill worked flawlessly with a spare propane cylinder just in case. David K

We were not only impressed with the amenities in the unit, but also all of the beach amenities (beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and much more). The ocean view was stunning and yet you could get to restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. The condo (especially the kitchen) was very well stocked. Was very nice the cupboards and things were labeled for your use. Everything worked well except the dishwasher but the manger handled the problem right away and was trying to fix issue. We enjoyed the Ocean club also we just had a wonderful time and would recommend to others and hope to return again. Wesley A

Loved the boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers etc. Kitchen was also so well stocked and I was pleased they had plastic cups for the kids. Set up was perfect for our family of 4 with two separate beds for my kids who don't sleep well in the same bed. The pool area was lovely with great ocean views.   • Feb 07, 2023 We had a great stay at Hali'i Kai. Can't beat the views of the course and the ocean including sunsets. Very spacious modern 2 bedroom unit, stocked with everything you'd need. Basically right next to the pool/restaurant. We also did make 2 trips to nearby small beaches - about a 1/2 mile trek along the rocky path north to the black sand beach, and we did the day pass one day at the Hilton next door, just a short stroll south where they have a beach by a lagoon. Property management staff super helpful with any needs. Kevin K

We walked every morning along the coast which was just steps off our patio. This place is stocked with everything you could possibly imagine from cooking to ocean activities to wonderful comfort. It’s only steps to the pool, gym, bar and restaurant which I greatly appreciated. Great bar and pool and I worked out at the gym every day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Feb 22, 2023 This is a beautiful condo, well stocked and perfect for families or two couples. The Ocean Club (Kathy & Pua are amazing!) is a real gem that adds value to any stay at Hali’i Kai. We only wished that the Ocean Club opened earlier/closed later. Leesa W
Feb 07, 2023 We had a great stay at Hali'i Kai. Can't beat the views of the course and the ocean including sunsets. Very spacious modern 2 bedroom unit, stocked with everything you'd need. Basically right next to the pool/restaurant. We also did make 2 trips to nearby small beaches - about a 1/2 mile trek along the rocky path north to the black sand beach, and we did the day pass one day at the Hilton next door, just a short stroll south where they have a beach by a lagoon. Property management staff super helpful with any needs. Kevin K
Aug 07, 2022 This is a wonderful place to stay with beautiful views of the golf course and ocean This is a wonderful place to stay with beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. We walked every morning along the coast which was just steps off our patio. This place is stocked with everything you could possibly imagine from cooking to ocean activities to wonderful comfort. It’s only steps to the pool, gym, bar and restaurant which I greatly appreciated. Great bar and pool and I worked out at the gym every day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place.
