This condo is in a resort with all the amenities—not only is it fully stocked but you can order a groceries, a message, etc. However, the location and the view of Hanelei were the star attraction! I have stayed in Hanalei Bay Resort a number of times, but 7307 probably is the best furnished and equipped condo we have stayed in. Great furnishings and appliances and the amenities in the kitchen were ideal. A high quality condo, not to mention the views. Soumya S

Mar 17, 2025 This is a beautiful place to stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. The place was very clean and equipped with everything you would need including beach stuff and games. The place was very clean. The kitchen was also well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again. The only negative I have is that there is a bit of a walk to parking and the beach but it was worth it. Karen A

Sep 19, 2024 Wonderful condo at a beautiful resort. The location could not be better for exploring Kauai and having an excellent vacation. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We'd love to come back. The on-site restaurant and bar both have decent food and drink options and it's very convenient to have these options available. Bill Mills

Sep 01, 2024 A beautiful modern condo unit in a magical place. Inside the unit is clean and comfortable and has everything anyone would want or need. The view of Hanalei Bay is fantastic. The resort is its own destination, with a restaurant, tennis courts, and a really nice main pool with waterfalls and shaded areas. Stores and other restaurants are just a short drive. The one thing you need to know about this place is that you cannot park near your unit. It's a bit of a hike up and down hilly sidewalks to get to everything, and the hike to the beach is a bit of a slog. But it's all paved and it's totally worth it. The beach is fabulous you must get down there. There is plenty of shade and equipment rentals too. And if you aren't up for the hilly walking the resort has an army of bellmen driving people around with golf carts and one call will bring them to you. Robert Pelletier

Jul 20, 2024 The view from this unit’s balcony is reason enough to stay here. On top of that, the space is clean and comfortable…just as shown in the listing. And the staff on property couldn’t have been more welcoming, kind and helpful. The location is great for those wanting to explore the North Shore. We enjoyed breakfast at Hanalei Bread Company. An intimate luau at Tahiti Nui. And a boat tour of the Nepali Coast and snorkeling at Tunnels Beach with Nepali Catamaran. We also enjoyed lunch at 1 Kitchen at the neighboring resort. And dinner at Happy Talk Lounge at our resort. We also enjoyed the beach on property and rented a kayak and SUP to explore the bay and river. Highly recommend! Kristin Stork

Sep 05, 2023 Incredible view of Hanalei Bay from large balcony. Nothing beat waking up with some coffee to that view. Unit was spacious, well stocked and representative of online listing. Pool was nicely kept and in a fun setting. Bar/restaurant on site was convenient as well. Building is located decently far from parking lot. Resort offers golf cart rides to help with bags, but they were a little unreliable with responding for ride requests. Beach is shared with The One Hotel. Also beautiful, but a hike from the unit/building. In general, would hands down go back for the view and setting. It's breath taking! Marissa Rutherford

Escape to the endlessly alluring Hanalei Bay Resort, nestled along the shores of the renowned Hanalei Bay on the lush, picturesque north side of the Garden Isle. Unit 7307, perfect for both couples and families alike, boasts one spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a bonus loft space, to easily accommodate up to six guests. Time tends to slow down on Kaua’i, so opportunities abound to soak in the mountain and ocean views from the unit’s lanai, delight in the resort’s countless amenities, and enjoy the fresh air and distinctive beauty that only Kaua’i can provide.
Immediately upon entry, the ocean views visible beyond the sliding glass doors at the end of the great room capture your attention and draw you in. You don’t have to take your eyes off the view as you prepare meals in the full-size kitchen, where a charming breakfast bar and adjacent indoor dining table for six serve as an ideal place to gather and eat. Despite the sunlight shining through the glass sliders, the living room is kept cool thanks to the split air conditioning unit, and the oversized couch offers ample space for the whole group to assemble and watch movies on the large flatscreen TV. Without question, the main attraction of the unit is the spacious lanai, where you have both an outdoor dining area and a separate lounging space just outside the primary bedroom to take in the mountain and ocean views. The ensuite is well-appointed and includes a tiled walk-in shower. Climb the gorgeous spiral staircase in the living room to the open loft, where two queen-size beds can sleep up to four additional guests. This unit also contains an apartment-size stacked washer and ventless dryer unit so you can pack minimally.

This unit is privately owned and daily maid service or towel refresh that is normally offered in hotels does not apply to this unit. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Regular basic cable is included. TV does NOT include online streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc.
The bellman service is complimentary however gratuity is very much appreciated. The resort provides a dedicated Bellmen daily from 7am to 10pm. During the late evening/early AM hours, the resort's security team steps in and can assist as well should there be a need. It’s as easy as calling or texting the Front Desk (contact numbers provided at check-in) to put in a request for a ride to their destination, whether it’s the beach, parking lot, Happy Talk, pools, back to the unit, etc.
Guest are responsible for: (fees subject to change without prior notice)
$50 - One time CHECK IN FEE plus applicable local taxes
$25 - Resort Fee plus applicable local taxes per day
$20 - Parking fee plus applicable local taxes IF only they have a car per day
