Jun 16, 2026 The house is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, with upscale décor, modern amenities, and lush landscaping that provides both shade and privacy within a safe gated community. We traveled as two families, and everyone absolutely loved the place.Kudos also to Ellis, our property management contact, who was extremely responsive to every minor question we had and was very flexible and communicative throughout the check-in and check-out process.The community pools were well maintained and never crowded. Both the lap pool and the resort-style pool were great for adults as well as kids, and there were wonderful shaded tables for picnics or simply relaxing by the pool while watching the kids swim.Access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was another big plus—the kids had a great time at the sandy beach and cove. The location was also ideal: it felt like a perfect midpoint for heading south for snorkeling trips, or east for Volcanoes National Park and stargazing excursions.There is also a Foodland just a few minutes from the community, which made it very convenient to pick up quick meals, snacks, or ready-made food items to take along on outings.Highly recommend this place! Mar 30, 2026 By far the best vacation house we have ever stayed in. They had everything you needed to prepare meals, it was clean and such a beautiful property. They had a cooler and body boards for the beach. 10 minutes from an amazing beach and 2 minutes away from a really nice market/grocery store. Guest

Jun 10, 2024 Beautiful KaMilo! Mahalo for our stay at beautiful KaMilo! Although we were here working a wedding for 3 days at the Rosewood Kona Village, my team and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will no doubt be back and will always choose to stay here if available. The home is gorgeous and has plenty of space for my team of 6, comfortably with the feel of a 5-star hotel. Not that we had too much sitting around, there was so much to do. Very clean with everything we needed. Communicated several times with the property manager and was immediately satisfied - mostly just things like us not knowing how to use the fans, etc. Would stay again in a minute. Amy L

Feb 27, 2023 A great place for a family vacation with kids. Place is very well equipped with everything you need. Private beach club is a 5 minute drive and is great for kids with calm waters. Food at the beach club restaurant is highly recommended. The only challenge was the relatively early checkout time with kids but understood that’s needed to throughly clean the place for the next party. Lars B
