The home’s cozy lanai with beautiful ocean views was a favorite gathering place for the family. Bedrooms spread across multiple floors created spacious and quiet bedtimes. Beach towels, boogie boards, goggles and a mini cooler were helpful additions for our daily beach adventures. Excellent unit that we’d stay at again on our next Kona visit. Jeramie K

Had plenty of helpful amenities- cooler, tennis rackets and balls, boogie boards, snorkel gear. Everything worked well. The resort offered lots to do. We really liked the pool that overlooks the ocean. Would definitely stay here again and would highly reto friends and family. Jeff D

It was easy to stock up on groceries, too at the nearby grocery store. Had a great meal at a restaurant just 3 minutes away. Sandy B

The place is huge, the balcony is the best spot every morning and night to begin and end the day. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry were well-stocked with whatever you may need. The AC is super-efficient, as is the laundry. There are many places to work if need be. I just can't say enough about how great it is to be right on the ocean. Denise Y

  • Aug 02, 2024 This is a lovely condo. The views are beautiful. We liked to sit on the balcony/lanai and drink our morning coffee while watching the waves and the early bird golfers. The unit is clean and looks just like the pictures on the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils, pans, and appliances you will need. The AC and all the ceiling fans did a great job keeping us cool. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Thanks! Andrea O

We found ourselves hanging out on the lanai to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Was a perfect stay. The gather team was responsive and was able to answer questions when we had them. Was a perfect spot for two adults and three children.  The master bedroom was perfect for two adults. We had a beautiful View of the sunrise off our private balcony every morning. Sunset was perfect off the major balcony. There was dishwasher detergent, laundry, washer, detergent, paper towels, cooking supplies. There is a community grill within 100 feet. There are everything we needed in the house including beach towels, water boards, water shoes, sun hats… and all the necessities of the the kitchen. We had breakfast outside on the balcony every morning while listening to the birds chirping on the trees and watching the waves rushing to the shores. Lynn W
  • Oct 28, 2023 This Host literally thought of everything and anything that you would need for your stay. The place is super cute has a Hawaiian feel to it. It is super clean and the mattress on the bed was perfect and the sheets were hotel grade sheets. Couldn’t be happier with our stay with Gather on the Big Island. The ocean view pool was just a quick walk away, it had beautiful scenes and was the perfect place to watch the sunset. We used the pool almost every night at the end of the day, sometimes in the morning as well. There’s a trail that starts right by the pool that’s perfect for a morning stroll or an evening sunset stroll as well. We also used the barbecue by the ocean pool it was perfect. There was another barbecue closer to the unit and we used that as well, it had palm trees over the whole area and just the right vibes. The lanai was perfect to have a meal, side ocean view and views of the golf course. So happy with our stay at this place! Thank you for making our trip super special! Christina R

If anything, you can reach out to them and they will get back to you very quickly. Plus, my parents really loved the view from the lanai in the living room. Sinhye K

One thing nobody has said about the property is from the ocean view pool you can see the location of the Manta Ray snorkeling location, which by the way is super amazing and you should do. It is a 17 minute walk away or a 9 min drive. My only negative is there are not enough spoons to cook with, but that did not effect my overall experience. I would definitely rent again. Michael C

Sunset was perfect off the major balcony. There was dishwasher detergent, laundry, washer, detergent, paper towels, cooking supplies. There is a community grill within 100 feet. There are everything we needed in the house including beach towels, water boards, water shoes, sun hats… and all the necessities of the the kitchen. We had breakfast outside on the balcony every morning while listening to the birds chirping on the trees and watching the waves rushing to the shores. Lynn W
Oct 28, 2023 This Host literally thought of everything and anything that you would need for your stay. The place is super cute has a Hawaiian feel to it. It is super clean and the mattress on the bed was perfect and the sheets were hotel grade sheets. Couldn’t be happier with our stay with Gather on the Big Island. The ocean view pool was just a quick walk away, it had beautiful scenes and was the perfect place to watch the sunset. We used the pool almost every night at the end of the day, sometimes in the morning as well. There’s a trail that starts right by the pool that’s perfect for a morning stroll or an evening sunset stroll as well. We also used the barbecue by the ocean pool it was perfect. There was another barbecue closer to the unit and we used that as well, it had palm trees over the whole area and just the right vibes. The lanai was perfect to have a meal, side ocean view and views of the golf course. So happy with our stay at this place! Thank you for making our trip super special! Christina R

Aug 08, 2023 The place was just like the photos, and they had pretty much everything that you would need during the stay like dishes, utensils, and even free laundry detergent and dryer sheets. If anything, you can reach out to them and they will get back to you very quickly. Plus, my parents really loved the view from the lanai in the living room. Sinhye K
Jul 01, 2023 This property is in a great location. Relatively close to everything you want to do. One thing nobody has said about the property is from the ocean view pool you can see the location of the Manta Ray snorkeling location, which by the way is super amazing and you should do. It is a 17 minute walk away or a 9 min drive. My only negative is there are not enough spoons to cook with, but that did not effect my overall experience. I would definitely rent again. Michael C
