Jul 30, 2025 We loved everything about this place! Adults loved the pool as much as the kids did. Location was great, we had nonstop fun - I think we did everything the island had to offer. House could not have been more perfect for our family of eleven. Would love to do it all again! Jody L

Apr 16, 2025 Mahalo! Our family celebration was perfect at this beautiful oceanside home. Very comfortable and well-equipped. We hired a private chef one evening, and he commented that rental properties rarely are this well stocked. It’s close to town but far away enough to be peaceful and secluded. We could not have asked for a better place to experience Hawaii. Michael M

Apr 05, 2025 10/10 Would stay again. I’m still in shock over how amazing this property is! The view of the ocean is UNBELIEVABLE! We could go out and look at tide pools and see turtles right outside the house. We even saw a pod of dolphins swim by one morning! It has EVERYTHING you need for a beach day (towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, goggles, sand toys, coolers, fishing rods, floaties, sunscreen etc.) A quick walk down to the kids beach -PERFECT for our family (kids 5-7-9 yo) Not crowded. Kitchen is well equipped. Pantry had olive oil, spices, vinegar, sugar, flour, and tea. Enough trash bags and laundry pods to get us through our week long stay. The layout worked really well for us but might be awkward depending on who you’re traveling with. The pool was just a little colder than I would like it but the kids didn’t care! A/C is all in the bedrooms, the main living space downstairs doesn’t have AC but you can get a nice breeze from outside. Not too hot unless we had stuff in the oven cooking. The propane tanks for the grill were empty when we arrived but the management company replaced them in just a few hours.) There are some baseball fields very close to the house -we noticed big lights music and announcements but it wasn’t enough to keep us up. Stephanie G

Nov 10, 2024 Kona blue beauty Previous reviews are accurate! This is a beautiful, well appointed house, with a stunning view of the ocean including many boats, ships even a submarine! The pantry staples were most welcome, as was water in the fridge, pool toys and towels. The main rooms are enormous. Support from Gather was excellent. The baby pond beach was brilliant for our grandson and easily accessed along the beach wall. The pool at the house was clean and very refreshing. Other holidaymakers who used the wall to pass in front of the property were infrequent and always friendly. The property is close to the airport, restaurants, stores and the tourist waterfront. We rented bikes from the fabulous bikeworks nearby to enjoy the coastline further, and a guitar from the excellent music exchange store. We had a great time bringing our family together from around the world and definitely recommend this property. Dave G
