  • Jan 28, 2025 Pili Mai is a new development. The property is very nice and well maintained with a gym, pool, and hot tub. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed. It is also and end unit which was a plus. Perfect location in Kauai and very close to everything. The host reached out ahead of our arrival asking if we wanted the two twin beds in one of the bedrooms converted to a King bed (which we did). That was very nice. They also had some beach chairs and umbrella that came in handy. Would definitely stay again. Daniel Carr

As a mom of 4, I can confirm this is a PERFECT home for families and adult groups. The owners were amazing in working with me while I experienced travel trouble and kept great communication. The property is purpose-built with all modern conveniences in a great location offering privacy, a island’s magical backdrop and within walking distances to shops, restaurants, beaches and golf. Parking easy and convenient also. Our host even left us a welcome kit! Nice touch. There are several fetal chickens roaming throughout the neighborhood aggressively looking for food, so please don’t feed them if you’re staying here. Tom Murray

There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and we loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and listening to the roosters (which we could not hear from inside the unit - a bonus).   • Jul 26, 2023 My family and I had a great time staying in the condo for 10 days. It's about a mile walk to Poipu beach and pool is about 30 yards away. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and small cooler on wheels are available to take to the beach. Poipu is a great place to vacation, and this is the best option I believe in the Poipu area. The property was well stocked with everything we needed including beach accessories, kitchen appliances, and cleaning products. The unit has a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family. Shelby Jones

Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen could have used some more spices - there was pretty much only salt, pepper and some oil. Many airbnb's have spices and other such things left behind from prior guests. This one did not (we did leave a few - maybe they'll still be there?). But overall, we had an absolutely lovely time. The layout is great if you are staying with other family members. The 3 bedrooms are not adjacent to each other, so there were no noise issues with little ones sleeping. Thank you! Erika Osterholzer

Open the sliding glass doors from the living space at Pili Mai 7M to find a covered lanai with inviting seating, just steps from the golf course. Watch the golfers as you sip your morning coffee, or enjoy an evening cocktail in lovely island surroundings. Guests also have access to the community pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills, surrounded by majestic mountain views, as well as the fully equipped fitness center.

Situated on Kauai's south side just minutes from Poipu Beach Park and the Shops at Kukuiula, this luxury Poipu condo provides quick access to upscale restaurants and shopping, along with art galleries and a gourmet farmers' market. Shipwreck Beach and attractions such as the Spouting Horn blowhole are also nearby, as well as additional shops and dining in quaint Old Koloa Town. Less than 30 minutes from the Lihue Airport, the condo is also centrally located between the lush north shore and the spectacular west side of Kauai, where guests can explore local wonders such as the Na Pali Coast and Waimea Canyon.
