  • Aug 14, 2025 We absolutely loved this home, highly recommend!!! For families is much larger than we expected and so relaxing, we did not want to leave! This place has everything you need for an amazing holiday. We felt right at home as soon as we go there, the living space is spacious and great indoor outdoor flow. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, store or transport food to beach ect. The bedrooms are lovely and the downstairs ones are huge! We loved the extra lounge and TV down stairs. The highlight was the private pool! After days out was perfect to come back to. The golf cart was epically great to get around the property or pop down to the local supermarket. The beach club was a great bonus and lots to explore around the area, the provision of beach items was awesome and convenient. We had a few meals at the nearby resorts at the restaurants highly recommend doing that.The host's was very accomodating and quick to respond a big Mahalo to them! Golf cart is a wonderful touch as as my wife stayed at the house most off the time while my friend and his son were out on adventures.   • May 31, 2024 If you and your family are searching for a place to vacation together, then look no further! Ka Milo 349 will be your perfect home away from home. As soon as I booked the property, Elite Pacific Vacations (Gather) reached out with email communications, answering all my questions and arranging any special services requested. As we got closer to arrival I received text communication with perfect driving and entry directions. Upon arrival we were blown away! The property was so beautiful. The pictures are accurate, however, they don’t do the property justice, it is much better in real life. The house is located in the back of the complex which we loved. It was so serene and quiet. No one around but the full time residents next door who were very warm and welcoming. This property gives you the comfort of being home and it is SPOTLESS. Everything is labeled so you know exactly where to find things. Anything and everything you need is here. The property has plenty of room to feel like you have your own space and yet also come together to grill and enjoy family meals. There is something for everyone in your party: places to go for walk/runs, playing in the property’s private pool, golf, all the beach toys and supplies for your days at the beach/exploring, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store. Each perfect day was ended by taking a little cruise on the property’s private golf cart to a beautiful, rugged, nearby beach to watch the sunset. Mahalo for everything we will be back!   • May 21, 2024 We flew to Hawaii for 6 nights with a group of six. Three adults and three kids all under 7. This house had absolutely EVERYTHING covered. They had a rental property company contact me weeks in advance to help plan any in home meals, massages or even family photos. They also contacted me the day before to go thru the property and answer any questions. When we got to the Gecko House (cute Geckos outside everywhere) everything was clean, organized and neatly labeled. There was some kids cups/utensils for meals and even a high chair and pack/play. There were dark curtains for kids naps. There was a backyard pool which was CLEAN and the temp was perfect (we did not add additional heating). Plenty of pool/beach towels in the propert. There was a balcony with a grill and outdoor dining table which was amazing for the evenings. There was a golf cart which made it convenient to get to the shops, nearby resort beach or resort pool. I would still recommend a separate rental car to travel around the island. We used the snorkels and gear from the property to see fish at the local resort beach, it was easy and convenient to get so many great versatile experiences from one property!   • Mar 09, 2024 This is a well located house in a nice part of Mauna Lani. The kitchen is set up well and the house is nicely appointed. That said, we have rented others in a similar place and this is too expensive for what it is. The primary bedroom is directly under the main living area so very very loud if others are awake when you have gone to bed. Additionally the pool is not as nice as it looks in the photos and the outdoor furniture is worn. Laundry is incredibly loud. We paid extra because of the pool but did not use it much as it has no view and there are only two chairs for sitting. All in all a nice enough house that is well set up but disappointed in those areas. Emily Franklin

Although close to neighbors, it still feels fairly secluded....especially in the wonderful pool. Kitchen was amazing and pantry was well supplied with basic spices. Be prepared to bring your own coffee or K-cups as there were none to get us through even one morning. Gary deMoss

This newly constructed split-level home features an open floor plan, only the finest finishes, and its own pool and jacuzzi, along with access to the KaMilo pools, fitness center, and other recreational facilities. Luxuriously appointed, it creates a peaceful atmosphere for your vacation, with central air conditioning, a Bose sound system, warm hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. Its professional interior design artfully brings the colors and textures of the Hawaiian Islands indoors.

A grand entry door leads to a spacious foyer at Mauna Lani KaMilo Home 349, which in turn flows into a gorgeous kitchen and great room. Meal preparation becomes a pleasure in the beautifully outfitted kitchen, which includes Thermador appliances, both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, ample counter space, a granite island with bar seating, and a tile backsplash that echoes the tones of the Pacific Ocean. The great room contains an elegant dining area for eight, along with a living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a smart flatscreen television.

Sliding glass doors open from the dining and living areas to the upstairs terrace, where a Sedona barbecue grill and an outdoor dining space for six offer another excellent option for leisurely meals at home. The lanai beneath provides a shady setting, complete with inviting lounge chairs, perfect for unwinding with a good book or easing into an afternoon nap. Just beyond, tropical landscaping surrounds the home's pool and jacuzzi, in a private, tranquil setting.

Inside a sliding door from the pool and lower lanai, a second living space comes furnished with another smart flatscreen television, a sofa, and a pune'e (Hawaiian daybed). Also downstairs, the primary bedroom boasts recessed ceilings, stylish furnishings, a king-size bed, another smart flatscreen television, and lanai access, along with an en suite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, an expansive shower, dual vanities, a water closet for privacy, and a walk-in closet. The area is very nice, secluded and private, and the use of the golf cart was amazing as it was only a short drive away from hotels, restaurants and beaches. The host reached out numerous times during the stay to ensure all was well and offering assistance if we needed. We swam every day at the pools and beach. Sep 11, 2022 We had such a wonderful stay! We had such a wonderful stay! The house is clean and new, the entire community is nice, pool is great as well! The golf cart is another plus, and there are a lot of equipments in the garage as well, snorkeling masks and fins, boogie boards, floats, etc. So happy that we chose this place! Eric Z
