May 12, 2024 We had a wonderful 10-day stay; this property is so well-appointed, you'll want for nothing! From beach gear down to laundry detergent, beds were made, it was spotless - they even provided beach bags, hats and robes to use during our stay! Nov 30, 2023 Enjoyed our Stay. We enjoyed our stay at Hale Alaula (Ocean View)! The house was fully equipped plus had extras that we did not anticipate, like boogie boards, masks, beach chairs & umbrellas, etc.. The full kitchen was just what we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. And don't forget the hot tub with the ocean and stars view! Will definitely look to stay here again. Pilar

Nov 22, 2023 Wonderful Stay! Our stay was wonderful! We were contacted by the property manager on our first day that we had the opportunity to check in early, which was very convenient. We had a little hiccup halfway through our stay with the water heater going out, but the response was rapid and there was another water heater installed within hours of us sending a message. The home was perfect for our group of 5, we’d definitely utilize this property again! Tim

Aug 22, 2023 We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean. The outside shower was great after a day at the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out and it was great to have a washer and dryer. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to use. It made our trips to the beach easy. Our hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. They were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely look to stay here again. We felt very safe in the community. Allison Hock

Aug 04, 2023 Absolutely Perfect! This place was everything we could have hoped for and more! My friends and I were traveling for a group vacation with a few couples and a baby and this home was absolutely perfect! The home was well cared for, super clean, and very well stocked. They had everything we needed for dinners at home, trips to the beach, snorkeling, and more! And the backyard was stunning! We’ll definitely want to use this place again for our next visit to Kona! The management company was also super responsive whenever we had any questions or needed anything. Jeni

Jul 11, 2023 We loved the location of this property. It was so convenient to shopping and downtown, but was in a quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking. The amenities were more than we could ask for. The owners had thought of everything and were generous in sharing. The kitchen had so many nice appliances, dishes, spices, cooking utensils, vases, etc. and I think we used them all! There were sun hats, which came in very handy, beach toys and chairs, towels, etc. We had a wonderful time and much of it was thanks to this property! I would definitely recommend as a premium place to stay. DonNell Williams

Jun 30, 2023 This home was great for our needs. Well equipped and conveniently located. Management was attentive as well. Kona is such a fantastic island with so much to offer. The area is neighborhoody-only houses. but its nice. view is really nice, clean and safe. there is some area to walk around, but you have to leave the gated community to get a real walk in. close enough to stores that you can get whatever you need. the washer and dryer are good and fairly large capacity BASIL paulson

You'll love the comfortable, open-concept living area in this lovely home. The living room, kitchen and dining area all share the view of the ocean and sunset. Experience ocean and sunset views from the kitchen, living room and dining area. This home features festive ocean-themed interior design touches throughout. The large gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a great meal. Gas cooktop and dining space for up to eight people create efficiency and convenience. The living room is furnished with an abundance of comfortable seating as well as a 55-inch flat-screen T.V. The highlight of this space is lanai which is accessible through the large sliding glass doors. Enjoy expansive views of the sparkling ocean, as well as refreshing sea breezes.
In addition to lanai access and beautiful views, the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, 40-inch T.V. with Blu-Ray player, WiFi, and high ceilings with fans and skylights. You'll love the privacy of the en suite bathroom, dual sinks, and walk-in closet. The beach is only a short drive away from Hale Alaula. All you need are towels, sunscreen, and flip-flops. Upon your return, simply wash the sand away from under the refreshing outdoor hot shower.
