We all agreed it was actually better in person than what the pictures show.. it is the type of home you wish you actually owned and we liked it a lot better than staying on a resort by far. It is a luxury home. The design and layout of the home was pretty cool and even interesting. The pool area and the tiki bar were very nice and inviting a nice place to relax and have a drink if you wanted. The kitchen was well appointed. Really the only thing missing from the kitchen was dish cloths, but they had dish towels. The furniture was very nice and modern and clean and new. I think that’s a very nice touch. The kitchen table is large and is perfect for a large group, the view out the deck over the golf course and towards the ocean in Nepali Coast is very nice. The neighborhood is very nice. There’s a really good pizza restaurant (good crust) less than two blocks away. It’s actually a resort and they might even have a restaurant. We were very happy.. Monte M

Rooms are large and beds / pillows were very comfortable. We did not use the pool due to so many scheduled activities but it was nice and clean. Also, nice having extra refrigerator outside at the pool area. David P

The views from the upstairs deck are gorgeous and it’s very peaceful, minus a little construction noise from the golf course next door. You can walk to a park, farmers market or the beach. The house is not necessarily family friendly but we made it work. Laura V

  • Feb 16, 2024 The property was clean and nice, I was very impressed by just how much cookware was available in the Kitchen! It was probably more house than we needed and we didn't end up using the pool, mostly because we spent so much time at the beaches. We walked down to the pizza restaurant which was delicious and enjoyed the Princeville farmers market on Saturday morning. Really enjoyed catching the sunset from the lanai every evening! Linda W

We didn’t realize the living room and kitchen were on the second floor and all the bedrooms were on the first floor. The kitchen was full of appliances you may need, though some may be worn out or rusting due to the weather. Overall everything was clean. The house is beautiful and it sits on the golf course. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. The bunk beds off the king bedroom was perfect for my grandsons and the parents. Hope to return sooner than later. Cyndi N

The check-in process was seamless, the house was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out if necessary. The views from the upstairs deck are gorgeous and it’s very peaceful, minus a little construction noise from the golf course next door. You can walk to a park, farmers market or the beach. Mar 08, 2024 Sophia our host was very accommodating and nice. This house fit our needs. Neighborhood was quiet (except for golf course mowing in the early morning). The area had a walking path and a couple of beaches were easy to walk to. Kitchen had basic spices and oil and had all the cooking needs. Some of the skillets need to be replaced but other than that all was good for our needs. The house itself was very nice and 3 king sized beds was perfect for our family. There could stand to be some repainting inside on walls and cabinets, but nothing that would stop me from renting this place again. Our rental car broke down on the last day as we were getting ready to leave for Waimea. Unable to get a car, Sophia let us leave all of our luggage on the secure patio which had a frig, bathroom and outdoor shower. Feb 16, 2024 The property was clean and nice, I was very impressed by just how much cookware was available in the Kitchen! It was probably more house than we needed and we didn't end up using the pool, mostly because we spent so much time at the beaches. We walked down to the pizza restaurant which was delicious and enjoyed the Princeville farmers market on Saturday morning. Really enjoyed catching the sunset from the lanai every evening! Linda W
Feb 11, 2024 This place was great. It was perfect for my group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. We did have to use the ottoman to block the stairs so the toddler would fall. We didn’t realize the living room and kitchen were on the second floor and all the bedrooms were on the first floor. The kitchen was full of appliances you may need, though some may be worn out or rusting due to the weather. Overall everything was clean. The house is beautiful and it sits on the golf course. From the living room you can see the waters and the sun rise. We were a little sad we didn’t get to use the pool very much since it was dirty. Not the fault of the host. It was extremely windy the first few days we were there and all the debris from the trees fell into the pool. The pool cleaning guy did come on Wednesday to clean the pool but we were unfortunately leaving the next day. There was a Foodland just outside the community less than 5min driving time. It was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Janet C

May 03, 2023 The home is just beautiful! Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful sunsets. We used the outdoor seating area alot. The property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. The bunk beds off the king bedroom was perfect for my grandsons and the parents. Hope to return sooner than later. Cyndi N

The check-in process was seamless, the house was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out if necessary. Our favorite things of this house were: the lanai with gorgeous mountain and ocean views, the great room off the lanai, super comfortable beds with en suites in all bed rooms. The house was packed with the extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and coolers. There is a grapefruit tree in the yard and every morning we picked them and made juice with the juicer in the kitchen. Gather vacations was easy to deal with and helped correct an issue with the initial booking that was our fault. We will be back! Charles S

Feb 24, 2023 If you’re looking to stay on the north shore this is a great place! The beaches are too rough to swim this time of year, but we came for the hiking and mountains. Peaceful location on a beautiful golf course. House had everything we could need. Kayley F
