Feb 22, 2024 The condo was very comfortable and looked exactly as advertised. The closet was so well stocked with everything you may possibly need. Definitely check the closets and cupboards before you go shopping! It was so warm and quiet on this side of the island, super relaxing. The condo grounds are beautifully landscaped and even though this was a ground floor condo, it felt very private on the lanais due to the shrubs and flowers. We saw a lot of lizards and geckos on the back deck, and even some turkeys! Would definitely recommend this condo to others. Sherry D

Jan 31, 2024 This place was very clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. We made good use of the pool, hot tub and outdoor grill. Having a washer and dryer in the unit as well as the dishwasher was awesome. I hope to come back on my next trip to the big island. Robert G

Jan 25, 2024 We were traveling up to the time we arrived at the unit and didn't have time to start our computers for a mail check. We therefore missed the code for entry. Fortunately there is a condo office at the entry point and they obtained the code from Gather. The unit was perfect and very quiet and relaxing. We were surprised by the huge store on the property that included a gas station, groceries and alcoholic beverages at a lower prices than the mainland. It's bigger than most Safeways or similar stores. The drive and sights to Hilo were spectacular. Hilo on the east side and Kona on the west side of the island are both fascinating with Hilo being less expensive for clothing (Hawiian Shirts) and restaurants. Don't miss the tour of the Parker Ranch, it's a real treasure for all of Hawaii. Don L

Jan 13, 2024 The location is very "user-friendly" with stores, restaurants and a nice golf course close by. Our unit was very clean, quiet and secure. The manager responded promptly to two minor problems. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were even some spices left in the cupboard! Craig S

Dec 25, 2022 The property had ample space for our family of five and we were were provided with complimentary “everything you could possibly need!” Beach days were perfect because the chairs, umbrellas, big towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and wagon to haul all of it were provided! The Villa golf course is gorgeous and the neighbors were so sweet! Definitely inspired us to set retirement goals for the Big Island! Thank you!!! Amanda V
