Jul 27, 2023 This is a must stay for a family gathering! They thought of everything- we never had to leave the property! The salt water pool is pristine, and the slide and high dive provided fun for the adrenaline junkies. The lighted tennis court allowed us to play pickle ball, basketball and tennis into the night. There is a beautiful private waterfall you can hike to and swim in. The golf course is really fun too. There is one hole but 9 different spots to hit from. The grounds are very well maintained. This was by far the best vrbo we have ever stayed in and we are already planning our trip back here for next year. Lastly, the private chef is a must! The best fresh food- farm to table style. Jun 30, 2023 This was a once in a lifetime experience for me and my family that we will never forget! A huge home that also felt like home. Surrounded by natural beauty from the views of the waterfall to the ocean. I already miss falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall. The personal chef they suggested and the property manager exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone! John Fitzmaurice

The estate has hosted the hit reality show Love Island (Season 3), multiple A-list celebrities, and European royalty. Each of the five primary suites offers ocean views, en suite bathrooms and smart flat screen televisions, and there is an additional bunk room with four beds. Many guests choose not to leave the 8-acre grounds for the duration of their stay; however, the onsite caretaker is available to assist with personal concierge services, including custom tour guiding for unforgettable off-property adventures.

This 3-story home provides unparalleled privacy and space. Gathering opportunities abound, whether on the pool deck, in the spacious open concept kitchen and great room, at three different bar areas, or two BBQ grill areas. Plush seating areas on two of the three levels also allow large groups to spread out and enjoy individual activities. A dedicated fitness area on the upper level offers two Peloton bikes, weight bench and more, all with ocean views. Soothing sounds of the private waterfall and 180° ocean views invite total tranquility. Wraparound lanais on multiple levels offer the opportunity to dine, sunbathe and relax with infinite views of the sky and ocean. Sunset colors and stunning sunrises bring you into rhythm with nature, and the expansive rolling grounds with coy ponds and a meditative seating area draw out your inner Zen.
The three upper primary suites are outfitted with Cal king beds, and all have both ocean and waterfall views. Primary suite #1 offers a smart flat screen television, desk area, private balcony, and two full en suite baths, including a soaking jacuzzi tub. Primary suite #2 offers a smart flat screen television, king and queen sized beds, perfect for a family with young children or shared accommodations in a retreat setting, a seating area, and en suite bath with a soaking jacuzzi tub. The two lower-level primary suites have Cal king beds, en suite full baths, and sliding doors to the wraparound lanai and pool deck. The bunk room is also found on the lower level and has four beds, two full beds, and two twin beds. Subject to extra guest fees, couches on the lower and main levels can accommodate two additional people overnight, for a maximum occupancy of 18.
Upgraded furnishings, artwork and carpets have recently been installed throughout the property, and a premiere chef has extensively upgraded the kitchen with new dishware, flatware, glassware, kitchen tools, and more to fulfill all your culinary wishes. This top of class chef is available to the guests of Waterfalling Estate if desired - additional fees apply.

We recommend flying into Hilo Airport, located approximately 30 minutes away from this remarkable estate making your drive shorter and more convenient. An alternative is Kona Airport which will leave you embarking on a 2-hour drive after landing on the beautiful island of Hawai'i.

-This home has abundant ceiling fans and fabulous ocean cross breezes. It is not centrally air-conditioned. Four portable air conditioning units are available for two of the upper primary suites, the fitness area and the ‘Ohana suite.

-Standard occupancy is 16 guests. Maximum occupancy is 18. Extra guest fees apply to guests 17-18.
