Apr 10, 2024 We had an absolutely amazing 9-night stay here! Gather provided clear instructions on how to access the building/unit. The building itself is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The unit was the perfect size for two of us and had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the lanai which looks right out onto the water. We loved sitting out there to relax and listen to the waves! Katie Gorz

Sep 29, 2023 We had a wonderful stay in 403. Well stocked with kitchen items, available parking, overall pretty quiet, food options available literally right out of the elevators to the building, a/c and fans to help cool the condo, and the view! We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets every night. Our only challenge was the bed was a little soft for us. Other than that, it was great! Aysha Crain

Aug 31, 2023 Condo was even better than we expected. Had an issue with someone taking our parking spot, but they were very reconsider in helping us get that sorted. Very central to everything we wanted to get to, beautiful view from the balcony. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. Amanda Balta

Aug 17, 2023 We really loved staying here. The balcony was so inviting and the view was gorgeous! We loved feeling the breeze from the ocean while having the balcony open! Very spacious place. Having two bathrooms was a plus. Everything was clean and in great condition. The host provided us with everything we needed and more. We walked to the market, shops and restaurants nearby. The only drawback was the noise from the Ali’i Drive right beneath us. We mostly weren’t too bothered by it, but if you’re looking for a quieter place, then this might not be the best location. However, if you want to be in the center of everything, this place is perfect! Victoria Korchagin

Apr 03, 2023 This place has an amazing view of the ocean and everything you will need household wise to enjoy your time. The host provided real cable, not Internet TV and boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas provided to enjoy the outdoors. As mentioned by others there is loud traffic noise during the day that goes until around 9/10PM. The construction noise from the remodel going on above us was more of an annoyance to me. I thought the bed was comfy and slept well here listening to the waves crashing. Nan

A lanai that overlooks the bay so you can dine watching the sunsets or enjoy sipping a cup of Kona Coffee while watching dolphins and whales splashing around right in front of you. This unit can be rented with AC at an additional charge of $15 per day, please inquire with a reservation agent.
Conveniently located in the heart downtown Kailua Kona. Explore downtown historic Kailua Kona. The town of Kailua Kona "hides" some very important Hawaii Island historic spots. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Alii Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel until his passing in 1819. The Ahuena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by Kamehameha himself and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.
Watch the people and the cruise ships come and go from the Kailua Kona Pier, with access to Hawaii's best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, dolphin and whale watching. Visit the famous Farmer's Market. Enjoy a shave ice or a cup of Kona coffee, have a light snack or a gourmet meal, buy an inexpensive souvenir or a piece of fine art, book an activity, go for a swim or hang out at the beach. The pier is the starting and finishing point of the Ironman World Championship (October) and a great place to watch the sunset. Everything you need and want is readily available in the heart of the quaint Kailua Kona town.
