  • May 25, 2025 Comfortable condo. Met all our needs. Nice view. Very nicely appointed. I loved the turtle mosaic shower floor! We pretty much only slept there as our base as we traveled around the island sight seeing. The volcano erupting was a highlight! Stephen K
  • Mar 16, 2025 We will be back! We totally enjoyed the condo and especially the deck. Being on the fourth floor made it very private and no neighbor noise. The day time traffic is very busy and some vehicles were very loud. The surf is also very loud but in an enjoyable way. The view is fabulous! Would have been perfect if not for the electrical wires. But overall, we loved our stay there, loved the deck where we spent most of our time. (Need flip flops or something on your feet because of the breeze must blow up dust on the deck.) Great restaurants and great locations for driving north or south to see the sights and other restaurants. We will be back! Denny & Diana
  • Jan 04, 2025 This is our second time visiting the Big Island. We stayed further outside of the main part of Kailua Kona last time but this property was in the heart of everything you need. We were able to walk to meals, outings and to explore. The only time we left was to explore other beaches and excursions. The view is amazing, beds were comfortable (even the pull out couch which was a concern for our 3rd guest). We will be back again. Andrea Hodgdon

It was a little loud at night but you can’t beat the sound of waves as you wake up. We saw dolphins one morning and that made our day. The place was clean and spacious enough for our family. The building itself is in a great location with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The unit was the perfect size for two of us and had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the lanai which looks right out onto the water. Well stocked with kitchen items, available parking, overall pretty quiet, food options available literally right out of the elevators to the building, a/c and fans to help cool the condo, and the view! We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets every night. Our only challenge was the bed was a little soft for us. Other than that, it was great! Aysha Crain

Having two bathrooms was a plus. Everything was clean and in great condition. The host provided us with everything we needed and more. We walked to the market, shops and restaurants nearby. The only drawback was the noise from the Ali’i Drive right beneath us. We mostly weren’t too bothered by it, but if you’re looking for a quieter place, then this might not be the best location. The host provided real cable, not Internet TV and boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas provided to enjoy the outdoors. As mentioned by others there is loud traffic noise during the day that goes until around 9/10PM. The construction noise from the remodel going on above us was more of an annoyance to me. I thought the bed was comfy and slept well here listening to the waves crashing. Nan

This newly remodeled oceanfront condo located right in the heart of Kailua Kona has everything you need to make your vacation complete. This one bedroom is fully furnished with snorkeling gear, boogie boards and a kitchen that is a chefs delight. A king size bed in the bedroom and a fold out tempurpedic Queen bed in the living room make this condo a vacationers delight.

A lanai that overlooks the bay so you can dine watching the sunsets or enjoy sipping a cup of Kona Coffee while watching dolphins and whales splashing around right in front of you. This unit can be rented with AC at an additional charge of $15 per day, please inquire with a reservation agent.

Conveniently located in the heart downtown Kailua Kona. Explore downtown historic Kailua Kona. The town of Kailua Kona "hides" some very important Hawaii Island historic spots. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Alii Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel until his passing in 1819. The Ahuena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by Kamehameha himself and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.

Watch the people and the cruise ships come and go from the Kailua Kona Pier, with access to Hawaii's best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, dolphin and whale watching. Visit the famous Farmer's Market. Enjoy a shave ice or a cup of Kona coffee, have a light snack or a gourmet meal, buy an inexpensive souvenir or a piece of fine art, book an activity, go for a swim or hang out at the beach.
