Jan 28, 2026 Overall a great stay - loved being right across from the ocean, but there is traffic and noise at times, if that is something that would bother you. Getting to the condo was not as clear as it could have been, and finding the lobby was a bit difficult - we wandered a little bit before finding it, but once we did, it was smooth sailing from there. The condo itself was great! Very clean, and had all the amenities. It was nice to have beach equipment to take with us. We would definitely stay here again! Amanda C

Jan 11, 2025 This residence was directly across from the street from the waterfront with views with great sunsets, dolphins and fish jumping and lots of activity. It was nice to sit out on the lanai for morning coffee or winding down in the evening with the breaking surf and views. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. In apartment stacked washer dryer and Air conditioning was something very appreciated! They had all the appliances and most items needed for tourist outings. It was an incredible stay. We will look for this place again for future trips!!! Josh K

Mar 03, 2023 Location, location, location. This place is perfectly situated in Kailua-Kona within walking distance to dozens of shops and more than enough restaurants. If you're looking for a full tourist experience in Kona, this place is an excellent home base for a couple. There is no A/C which is fine, but in order to keep the place cool and to enjoy the ocean breeze you must keep the sliding glass doors open and ideally the front door too (the screen door has a lock). The breeze is amazing and listening to the waves is great. The only drawback is that it is LOUD. You're located directly above a relatively busy street that has cars, cruising motorcycles, and tons of pedestrians walking at most hours of the day. The noise between the waves, the wind, and all of the road noise down below and occasionally some people walking that have had many drinks, it can get loud and occasionally disrupt a light sleepers. That said, we'd stay here again. Brian S
