Below the lanai is a small yard with a very private pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Two separate studio cottage bungalows are perched just above the main house. Both offer immense privacy and equally stunning views. Outfitted with separate entrances, ensuite bathrooms and kitchenettes, these bungalows make perfect guest suites or maids quarters. Together with the main house, this comprises a stunningly private, intimate and fun Diamond Head Estate.
The neighborhood known as "Diamond Head" is a quiet, safe and upscale residential neighborhood with a strong beach community lifestyle. It is centrally located, being only 5 min. drive to Waikiki, walking distance to numerous local beaches, the famous Diamond Head surf spot and scenic Diamond Head lookout. Additionally it is only a short 3 minute drive to Kahala Mall and Kahala Hotel & Resort, where a vast variety of shopping and dining opportunities await you.
The Seaside Hideaway Estate is a perfect location for exploring all parts of the island. And if you're looking for a private, safe and clean place to stay near Waikiki, then this is the perfect home away from home for you!

3. Garage not accessible to Guests. Parking available for 2 cars on the driveway in front of Garage.
4. From the entry gate at driveway, the home is accessible via a steep stairway down to the Main House and Guest Cottage Bungalows.
5. Mandatory weekly cleanings are required by Owner at an additional cost to Guest.

For any occupancy that is 21-30 days or longer, a utility fee or utility deposit will be charged to the Guest.
