Feb 06, 2024 Our group of six friends dreamed about our Hawaii vacation for 8 months and our stay at Hale La'i was absolutely a dream come true. The house and grounds are gorgeous and no detail was overlooked. From the stunning views, the amazing infinity pool, the well-stocked kitchen, the clean rooms and comfortable beds, and all the amenities we lacked nothing for our stay. The convenient location was also perfect base for exploring the island. Communication with the property management team was timely and comprehensive. They arranged for in-home massages for all of our group which was a special treat. Sadly we had to wake up and return to normal life and now we can only dream about visiting this beautiful property again in the future! Michelle A

Sep 22, 2023 What a special experience. From the time we walked through the entry doors, the beautiful view inside and outside welcomed us in to this wonderful property. We didn't miss a sunset from the pool and pool deck, whether we were eating in or going into Kona for dinner. The house was well stocked from the kitchen to all the pool towels, beach towels and beach accessories. The convenient location was also perfect for all of our local activities. We enjoyed three great evenings of dining in, which included hiring a Chef (Chef Paul) for our last evening of our week long stay. He spent eight hours at the house preparing, plating and serving our every need, it matched the great surroundings of this perfect property. The property management team was extremely efficient and professional when it came to any of our questions and needs. Thank you for sharing this great property and I am sure we will be planning a future visit. Rex M

Aug 09, 2023 This property is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking and the location is amazing. My husband and I stayed here with my son and his wife and my other son and is fiancé. Plenty of space when altogether and wonderful privacy for all couples. Perfect setting for family to spend time together to relax and unwind. Beach chairs, beach towels , umbrellas and ice chest were provided for trips to the beautiful local beaches. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed and outdoor grill is amazing. We cooked several meals here so we could enjoy dinner while watching amazing sunsets on the lanai and enjoy the incredible infinity pool and spa. Showering outdoors surrounded by lava rock and beautiful flowers and plantings was extra special. We would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit it in the future. Carolyn K

Jun 23, 2023 This property was amazing! Super comfy home, beautiful views and beautifully landscaped grounds. The house is well stocked for literally everything we needed. Tons of pool towels, beach towels and also beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. They literally thought of everything! The location was great as well. Close to most destinations on the Kona coast but away from touristy downtown area. We visited in the middle of summer so it was pretty hot every day but the house is higher up in elevation, in a pretty lush area, so it never got too hot. Bring ear plugs though, the birds can be pretty loud calling all night! Would definitely recommend this property to everyone! Phuong Q

We desired a home where we could spend family time together, enjoy wonderful meals and find a calm peaceful serenity. Setting foot into this elegantly designed Hawaiian style home, you will find this and quickly embrace the meaning of La’i.
Hale La’i is a private luxury destination home offering generous outdoor and indoor living. Situated at an elevation of 800 feet on the slopes of Hualalai, this property has some of the most breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Kailua Bay. Be captivated by ever changing sunsets, luxuriate in warm gentle tropical breezes. Take it all in from the wonderful infinity pool and spa, or well-maintained tropical grounds. A choice of three large bedrooms, all ensuite, two of which are situated ocean front and boast outdoor shower gardens. All this along with large common areas, beautiful outdoor gardens and an additional powder room off the main living area gives the discerning traveler luxury and privacy.
Relaxing is easy after a day at the beach in the great room equipped with soaring ceilings, a 75-inch flat-screen television, an abundance of inviting seating, and disappearing pocket doors that allow a seamless flow to an outdoor paradise. The fully equipped kitchen includes a six-burner commercial-style cooktop with integrated griddle, a wall mounted electric convection and separate microwave oven, a 48-inch pro-style refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, as well as an ultra-quiet dishwasher.
Throughout the home, you will find many elegant details such as 8-foot high doors, tropical hard wood trim, hand-set travertine flooring, sophisticated lighting, spa-like bathrooms, state-of-the-art flat-screen televisions and spacious walk-in closets in all bedrooms.
