Overview
Fairways Villa 120A places you right at the edge of the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, with wide-open ocean views, generous outdoor living, and the privacy of a corner-position villa. A beautifully scaled 2640-square-foot interior pairs with approximately 500 square feet of covered lanai, giving families and friends room to gather, rest, and enjoy effortless island living.

* Mitsubishi Electric Championship (January 22–24, 2026)
The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place January 22–24, 2026, resulting in modified access to select resort amenities.
* The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.
Hualalai is a private oceanfront community spanning 865 acres on the Kona-Kohala coast, offering state-of-the-art facilities and experiences. Living and Dining
The great room welcomes you with warm wood ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating arranged for connection and relaxation. Large sliding doors open fully to the lanai, extending the living space into the open air and framing the golf course and ocean beyond. A dedicated dining area seats six, perfect for meals after a day at the beach.

Designed for both enthusiastic cooks and those who prefer takeout from the many resort restaurants, the kitchen features ample counter space, a generous center island, and a breakfast bar ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The covered lanai serves as an outdoor living room with dining for the whole group and comfortable seating for sunsets or golf watching on the 15th hole. The corner position allows a broad, unhindered sweep of coastline and fairway. The primary suite also includes its own private balcony, perfect for reading or resting.
