The place was well stocked with everything we could need including spices, foil, sandwich bags, shampoo/conditioner, body wash etc. Having the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, floats, kids toys) was a huge plus for us! The team reached out beforehand to make sure we had instructions to check in and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Elizabeth C

The home is fully equipped for beach days, has a stocked kitchen with pots and pans, a great top-loading washer, front loading dryer and an awesome AC system that will keep you cool .There’s a few grocery stores around within 5-15 minutes, but if you’re looking to cook at home more there’s Safeway, Costco and Island Naturals about 40-45 minutes away that have more selection of foods. Planning ahead helps diminish the drives to the grocery store. Adrian G

The place was well stocked with necessities and the communication with host was effortless and responsive.   • Feb 05, 2025 Waikoloa Colony Villas 403 Traveled with 2 young kids (2 & 5) and 2 adults. The location was fantastic & close to great beaches & a few shops for the kids. The king bed was very comfortable, the queen was more on the firm side. The place was described accurately in pictures, was pleasantly surprised by how well it was stocked. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with strainers, pyrex dishes, multiple nonstick pans and pots, a blender, cookie sheets, tea kettle, & 12 cup coffee pot. At the time of our stay, there were a decent supply of basic spices (salt/pepper, cinnamon, steak seasoning, garlic), cooking spray, & veg oil. The place was also well stocked with garbage bags, TP, paper towels, dish/hand soap, dish sponges. The only extra thing we had to buy was tin foil & sandwich bags for day trips. The most helpful additions were the beach supplies including: adult/kid snorkel, boogie board, fins, beach chairs/umbrellas, soft sided cooler, first aid kit, float noodles, beach towels. Location of the house is close to beaches and some local shops and restaurants. We had great time staying in the house and will look to come back in the future. Bin Y

The only thing that was kind of annoying was that I reached out multiple times to get groceries delivered before our arrival (which was something that was offered), and nobody ever got back to me. Not a big deal, but would have been nice. We took walks every day around the neighborhood and to the nearby markets. We also bought day passes to the big Hilton pools and that was fun. Adin C

This unit is further away from the pool with the hot tub and fitness center, but it is just a short walk. The beach chairs and other beach supplies that came with the rental were great. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation - great access to all the Kohala Coast beaches and activities, beautiful outdoor space to have coffee, let the kids run and enjoy the sunrise, easy to have family meals and go out, and access to the pools. It can be a challenge traveling with 2 infants, but this condo and location made it so easy. It was quiet and safe, and the complex was lovely. I hope we get to stay here again someday. We were two small families traveling with infants. One of the things we really appreciated about this place was the townhouse format and thick walls. I never felt stressed out about disturbing neighbors when one of the babies was crying. It was nice to only have neighbors on the sides and not above and below. Kimberly

Jul 17, 2023 The place is very nice and has plenty of amenities. House is spacious and has nice view to the golf course. My daughters loved two swimming pools in the community. Location of the house is close to beaches and some local shops and restaurants. We had great time staying in the house and will look to come back in the future. Bin Y

Jan 07, 2023 Everything was great. Beautiful place with tons of room and vaulted ceilings. Lots of beach stuff in the garage. East check in and check out. The only thing that was kind of annoying was that I reached out multiple times to get groceries delivered before our arrival (which was something that was offered), and nobody ever got back to me. Not a big deal, but would have been nice. We took walks every day around the neighborhood and to the nearby markets. We also bought day passes to the big Hilton pools and that was fun. Adin C
