Jan 15, 2026 Our family of 16 loved these two villas. It was their first time listing these two together for a single listing and it was the perfect amount of space! There is a little path that connect the two places in the back so it was super easy to gather with our family. It was located in a quiet and beautiful community where you could easily bike, run and walk around. There is a local grocery store about a few minutes away that we went almost on a daily basis and we were near a cute small town called Hanalei! Yen was our local contact and was super communicative and helpful during our stay here! Yen was super accommodating when we asked for a late checkout on our last day since it was available. Thank you guys for making it such a memorable experience!! Hope to be back soon’ Shelly Z

Each home offers its own open-concept great room with vaulted wood ceilings and large windows that bathe the spaces in light. In Lani Oasis, the indoor living area flows to outdoor living area, including private pool and tropical garden. On the Pohaku Villa side, sliding doors open to verdant outdoor seating, pool, and lawn. Large farmhouse-style tables and breakfast bars in both kitchens make it easy to host shared meals or split into separate dining moments.
Chef-Ready Kitchens
Both units come equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and service setups. Bar seating and dual breakfast areas allow guests to move seamlessly between cooking and gathering.
Outdoor Oasis
Gated saltwater pools anchor each home, with depths, waterfalls, and adjacent lounging patios. Tropical gardens, outdoor showers, and ample seating make the grounds ideal for moments of relaxation or shared sunset celebrations. The boundary between units is subtle -- a short path through a banana grove and under an avocado tree allows easy flow between homes.

Good to Know
• Property is currently for sale. The property manager will contact you to make arrangements to schedule showings at a convenient time.
• This property does NOT have air conditioning in the living room or dining room. AC split systems are only in the bedrooms.
• Garage is NOT available. Ping Pong table and Beach Items are in the garage. Parking is available on the driveway only.
• This property has surveillance cameras pointing to the exterior of the home for security purposes.
• Pool heat is NOT included in the rental rate and is not automatically provided. Heating, if available, is subject to an additional daily charge and must be requested two weeks prior to arrival. Contact us for details.
• A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more. For stays of 21 nights or longer, two mid-stay cleanings are required.
• Please note that this fee is separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at the time of booking. Our customer support team will coordinate the scheduling and apply the charges accordingly.
• Disclosure: Seasonal Gnats. Be advised that gnats are naturally more prevalent in Hawaii's tropical environment during the winter months. These tiny insects are attracted to light, and while we maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the ecosystem. To minimize their impact, please keep doors and windows closed and ensure screens are secured. Thank you for your understanding.
• Both homes have exterior surveillance cameras. Pool heating is available on request (not included by default). AC is installed in bedrooms but not in the living & dining areas which rely on trade winds and fans.
• This listing is best for groups seeking flexible privacy or combined lodging under one compound.
