  • Jul 30, 2025 loved this place! Our family of four absolutely loved this place! Check-in was a breeze, and their communication throughout our visit was quick and helpful. The kitchen is extremely well-appointed with a large center island and all of the basics you need, plus some nice extras like a rice cooker and food storage containers. The interior looks like it's been recently updated, and we really liked that there's no carpet anywhere in the home. The layout is perfect for families with kids or young adults children. Primary bedroom has a beautiful lanai and large bathroom with walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. We were impressed by how well thought out their supplies are -- a well-stocked laundry room, garage loaded with helpful goodies like beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling gear, and games and books for downtime. The downstairs lanai has a lovely view of the greenbelt, and I enjoyed watching the birds hop around each morning while we enjoyed our breakfast. The community this home is located in is also beautifully maintained, and conveniently located near groceries, beaches, walking paths, etc. We would return to this condo in a heartbeat! Veronica E
  • Jul 08, 2025 We had a lovely stay in Princeville! The location was perfect just a short and scenic 15–30 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the North Shore. The home was comfortable, especially the beds, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day of exploring. The team at Gather was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making check in and any communication a breeze. One thing to note: the pool has a restriction where children aren’t allowed after 6 p.m., and guests are expected to do a bit of cleaning before checkout. But overall, it didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. We'd definitely consider staying here again. Jeremy A

From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and serene the space felt, with its calming white color palette creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was a dream – not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, but the knives were actually sharp, a rare and much-appreciated detail! Its proximity to beautiful Hanalei Bay made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Despite its convenient location, the condo itself was incredibly quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect escape. The home was well stocked with necessities and beach supplies and everything in it was pretty new and very clean. Will note that Google maps takes you to the wrong end of the street, but the signs at the entrance are easily followed to the correct location. Jason C

  • Aug 26, 2023 This home was amazing! It was in the heart of the gorgeous Princeville community which is perfectly situated 10 mins from Hanalei and 10 mins from Kilauea. Everything was a short car ride away - plenty of restaurants and amazing beaches. The house was well stocked - plenty of towels, beach supplies, soap, etc. The house was plenty roomy for 3 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and it's nice to have 3 patios. The second bath is nice because there are separate sink areas so nice for people to share it. The layout of the house was great. The pool in the complex was a short walk away and pretty and nice to cool off in the afternoon. We absolutely loved this house and highly recommend it! It was immaculately clean, the decor was lovely, and the beds and furnishings were comfortable. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants, stores, and gorgeous beaches close by. The garage contained tons of beach gear- chairs, snorkel masks, a boogie board, smash ball, cooler, beach towels. The multiple lanais provided extra space as well. Walkable to hideaways, Princeville town center, Wiley’s beach, One Hotel and much more. Would definitely recommend. beth R

The only complaint…bring earplugs if the crowing of a rooster from 3am-8am bothers you. But honestly, they are all over the island so it would be hard to avoid this anywhere you stay. It only affected the master bedroom and didn’t disturb me…only my husband. John A

It was so nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and coolers were all available for use. My one very small complaint was the lack of sufficient seating in the LR. It was hard for all 5 of us to sit together to watch a movie without one person sitting on the floor. Ada J

They had everything one could want for the beach other then surfboards. Chairs shade coolers. Even though it rained every day we found sun by driving to nearby beaches. We had an amazing time. Lots of rules must have old grumpy people on property board. Theresa M

The garage was full of things for us to use: flippers, snorkels, day bags, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas...we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, a coffee maker and a keurig, air conditioning, you name it. Aug 05, 2024 We had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay at Leilani Villa. The villa was spacious and beautifully appointed. Appreciated all the beach gear and towels for our beach excursions. Easy walk to Makai golf club to catch the shuttle to Haena State Park. Yen and the Gather team were very responsive to all questions and needs. Thanks for a great stay! Josie A

Apr 16, 2024 This was a great place to stay for Princeville. There’s not a lot of options within walking distance but plenty of restaurants shops and beaches just a short drive a way. The home was well stocked with necessities and beach supplies and everything in it was pretty new and very clean. Will note that Google maps takes you to the wrong end of the street, but the signs at the entrance are easily followed to the correct location. Jason C

The neighborhood is peaceful and the unit receives great cooling trade winds through the sliding doors, we barely needed to use AC and could sleep comfortably with the doors open, waking to the sound of birds each morning. Aug 26, 2023 This home was amazing! It was in the heart of the gorgeous Princeville community which is perfectly situated 10 mins from Hanalei and 10 mins from Kilauea. Everything was a short car ride away - plenty of restaurants and amazing beaches. The house was well stocked - plenty of towels, beach supplies, soap, etc. The house was plenty roomy for 3 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and it's nice to have 3 patios. The second bath is nice because there are separate sink areas so nice for people to share it. The layout of the house was great. The pool in the complex was a short walk away and pretty and nice to cool off in the afternoon. We absolutely loved this house and highly recommend it! Jul 18, 2023 We absolutely loved everything about this condo! This was the perfect place for our family of five! It was immaculately clean, the decor was lovely, and the beds and furnishings were comfortable. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants, stores, and gorgeous beaches close by. Great communication with the host and easy check in/check out. We hope to visit Kauai in the future and stay at this condo again! Highly recommend! Trisha P

Jun 24, 2023 This condo was spacious. The amenities were lovely including pool, hot tub and gas grills. The AC was really nice after spending all day outside. The garage contained tons of beach gear- chairs, snorkel masks, a boogie board, smash ball, cooler, beach towels. The multiple lanais provided extra space as well. Walkable to hideaways, Princeville town center, Wiley’s beach, One Hotel and much more. Would definitely recommend. beth R
May 20, 2023 Just as described. This location is perfect. The home is in beautiful condition. I’d stay here again. The only complaint…bring earplugs if the crowing of a rooster from 3am-8am bothers you. But honestly, they are all over the island so it would be hard to avoid this anywhere you stay. It only affected the master bedroom and didn’t disturb me…only my husband. John A

Mar 23, 2023 We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is spacious, modern and has all the amenities you could want. It was so nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and coolers were all available for use. My one very small complaint was the lack of sufficient seating in the LR. It was hard for all 5 of us to sit together to watch a movie without one person sitting on the floor. Ada J

The location is right in the center of Princeville with quick drive to all the local beaches and areas of interest. Nice pool on the property too. Definitely a good place for a group! Arseny T
Feb 15, 2023 Wow what a beautiful property. The company in charge of this unit was amazing. When I noted the coffee grinder was missing that sent one out immediately. They had everything one could want for the beach other then surfboards. Chairs shade coolers. Even though it rained every day we found sun by driving to nearby beaches. We had an amazing time. Lots of rules must have old grumpy people on property board. Theresa M
Feb 02, 2023 What a gorgeous place to stay!! The condo and surroundings were so relaxing and cleaner than anywhere we have ever stayed. The garage was full of things for us to use: flippers, snorkels, day bags, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas...we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, a coffee maker and a keurig, air conditioning, you name it. We had good communication with our host as well. We cannot say enough good things about this place!! Lynn R
