  • Apr 16, 2024 This was a great place to stay for Princeville. There’s not a lot of options within walking distance but plenty of restaurants shops and beaches just a short drive a way. The home was well stocked with necessities and beach supplies and everything in it was pretty new and very clean. Will note that Google maps takes you to the wrong end of the street, but the signs at the entrance are easily followed to the correct location. Jason Cieslinski

  • Aug 26, 2023 This home was amazing! It was in the heart of the gorgeous Princeville community which is perfectly situated 10 mins from Hanalei and 10 mins from Kilauea. Everything was a short car ride away - plenty of restaurants and amazing beaches. The house was well stocked - plenty of towels, beach supplies, soap, etc. The house was plenty roomy for 3 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and it's nice to have 3 patios. The second bath is nice because there are separate sink areas so nice for people to share it. The layout of the house was great. The pool in the complex was a short walk away and pretty and nice to cool off in the afternoon. We absolutely loved this house and highly recommend it! It was immaculately clean, the decor was lovely, and the beds and furnishings were comfortable. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants, stores, and gorgeous beaches close by. The garage contained tons of beach gear- chairs, snorkel masks, a boogie board, smash ball, cooler, beach towels. The multiple lanais provided extra space as well. Walkable to hideaways, Princeville town center, Wiley’s beach, One Hotel and much more. Would definitely recommend. beth rawlings

The only complaint…bring earplugs if the crowing of a rooster from 3am-8am bothers you. But honestly, they are all over the island so it would be hard to avoid this anywhere you stay. It was so nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and coolers were all available for use. My one very small complaint was the lack of sufficient seating in the LR.   • Feb 15, 2023 Wow what a beautiful property. The company in charge of this unit was amazing. When I noted the coffee grinder was missing that sent one out immediately. They had everything one could want for the beach other then surfboards. Chairs shade coolers. Even though it rained every day we found sun by driving to nearby beaches. We had an amazing time. The garage was full of things for us to use: flippers, snorkels, day bags, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas...we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, a coffee maker and a keurig, air conditioning, you name it. Welcome to Leilani Villa, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental ideally situated in Princeville on the north shore of Kauai. This villa provides convenient access to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, including stunning Pu'u Poa/Princeville Beach, excellent snorkeling at Hideaways Beach, and excellent swimming at Queen's Bath.

Guests will find a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping opportunities at the nearby Princeville Center. A short drive also leads to additional dining, shopping, and art galleries in the quaint town of Hanalei, which offers the option of a kayaking or stand-up paddling trip down the Hanalei River. Just north of Hanalei are stunning beaches like Lumahai and Bali Hai, along with the renowned Kalalau Trail hike along the Na Pali Coast.

Leilani Villa features three separate private lanais, providing guests with beautiful garden views. The villa also includes an office with a desk, computer, and printer, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their stay. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also included for guests' convenience. With a 2-car garage and central AC included in the rental rate, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

The villa features a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet, as well as a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two twin-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Ceiling fans are included in all rooms, and wireless internet service is included.

Guests will have access to resort amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. There's also a shared BBQ grill for guests to use. Please be advised that the pool is not heated. Kindly ask us if pool heat is available and if available, pool heat must be requested prior to arrival and will incur a daily charge.

Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.

The location is right in the center of Princeville with quick drive to all the local beaches and areas of interest. Nice pool on the property too. Definitely a good place for a group! Arseny Tseytlin
Feb 15, 2023 Wow what a beautiful property. The company in charge of this unit was amazing. When I noted the coffee grinder was missing that sent one out immediately. They had everything one could want for the beach other then surfboards. Chairs shade coolers. Even though it rained every day we found sun by driving to nearby beaches. We had an amazing time. Lots of rules must have old grumpy people on property board. Theresa Murdock
Feb 02, 2023 What a gorgeous place to stay!! The condo and surroundings were so relaxing and cleaner than anywhere we have ever stayed. The garage was full of things for us to use: flippers, snorkels, day bags, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas...we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, a coffee maker and a keurig, air conditioning, you name it. We had good communication with our host as well. We cannot say enough good things about this place!! Lynn Richards

We enjoyed the balconies off of both the ground floor living area and two of the bedrooms. Grew to love the roosters crowing each morning to wake us up as well. It was great to be able to cook meals in the home and do laundry during our stay. Would highly recommend the property if you stay in Princeville. It was close to Princeville Center for shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the arts and craft fair on Saturday morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Princeville! Sep 14, 2022 Our villa was absolutely beautiful Our villa was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. I am very particular about cleanliness and this place was perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated, simple, not cluttered. Princeville and Kauai were magical. We loved everything about our time in Kauai. Can’t wait to come back again. Mahalo? Michelle P
