Her primary goal is the overall success of our staff members and she takes great pride in fostering positive employee relationships, providing efficient support and training, promoting opportunities for personal and professional growth, and making all of our team members feel heard and supported. Ave was born and raised on the island of Kaua'i and aims to bring ho'okipa and the aloha spirit into each and every one of her interactions with co-workers, PMs, and clients. When she's not working you can find her cooking, beaching, gardening, working out and going on adventures with her husband.
