Over the past 7 years, she has successfully owned and managed two popular vacation rentals in the Pacific Northwest, including one that has been recognized as the most unique stay in the city.

Beyond her role as a vacation rental owner, Marie is also a Co-founder of Everyone For The North Oregon Coast, a nonprofit advocacy group supporting vacation rentals in Clatsop County. Her in-depth knowledge of government affairs and advocacy allows her to collaborate with industry leaders, government representatives, and other organizations to establish fair policies and regulations that benefit the short-term rental industry.

As a consultant, Marie specializes in helping vacation rental owners manage risk, enhance interior design, and develop effective brand and marketing strategies. She is a member of VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) and NWVRP (Northwest Vacation Rental Professionals), ensuring she stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time with her four children and two Springer Spaniels, exploring the stunning Oregon Coast and its rugged beauty. Her hobbies include traveling, fishing, glamping, and dancing.
