Originally from Aachen, Germany,Claudia started out as a dental assistant of 13 years then transferred to the sales department of Takeda Pharma GMBH in Aachen for 5 years where she provided extensive customer service to all regional managers throughout all states of Germany. She moved to Oahu, Hawaii in 1994 and worked with locals, visitors and international clients alike, sharing her love of Oahu and the Hawaiian Islands. Claudia’s hospitality, attention to detail, passion for excellence and luxury homes led her to Trinity Properties, LLC, where she was able to not only expand her knowledge of Hawaiian Culture but also gain a well-founded knowledge of the luxury vacation industry. During her 17 years with Trinity Properties, as the Director of the Luxury Estate Management Division, she significantly expanded her inventory of luxury beachfront estates in Kailua, Lanikai, Diamond Head and Kahala. Claudia has been excited to join Elite Pacific Properties, LLC in June 2018. Her clients will enjoy peace of mind surrounding all aspects of their luxury estate, while Claudia incorporates her values of spirituality, respect, gratitude, excellence, integrity, accountability, being personal, highly professional and detailed oriented into her daily commitments to provide only the best to her clientele.
